Can you explain to me what the rumors are surrounding Tenor Saw's death please. Because I believe this man to be one of the most talented artists ever to grace reggae music.
$real, the youts sdem nowadays diont know bout big singers and DJ's. i'm glad i was born earl 70's.....got ot grow on all this stuff......i also have nuff old time tapes from yard, need to put them on cd, as i have some classic stuff....
grande video per me 5 stelle finalmente l'ho trovato in rete se è una tua ripresa dal vivo good+++++ introvabile.Un bastard a chi gli ha tolto la vita.
Tenow saw little did you know that your music is carrying me through college.Anytime i feel like giving up i think of your music and all the talent i dont possess except through mental capacity and what u didnt finish and realize that u empower me and when i get my degree i did it with your music every day.Thank you and may you rest in peace.
So true man, so true... Man coulda sing mary had a little lamb and it would have been a #1. That voice, few have tried, but no one comes close to Tenor... The fact that all it took was 3 years of a life cut way too short for him to be considered a legend is testament of how great he was!! For any man to die on side of raod is a disgrace... for a legend to die dis way is additionally tragic to say the least. RIP Tenorsaw.
You know Knitty was really fond of Saw... Some say he killed him, rumor that Nitty himself had heard and it upset him. Fact is Nitty would never had did that to Tenor and truth be told Nitty was a real badboi.. I am a huge fan of Nitty's too. Shame both can't be around to still make music...
Tenor Saw; killed in Texas by 'hit & run' driver while he was changing a flat tyre at the side of the road.

Great video footage. Like someone else said, it's like hearing an angel sing.
He and Nitty Gritty absolutely killed the Stalag 17 rhythm (Ring the Alarm / False Alarm / Good Morning Teacher).
What happened in Texas is still a mystery. Some say it was hit and run, others say it was foul play.
