@UberGwonam sounds like music is a very small part of your life to me. Its one thing to prefer a different style/sound but another to lack respect for some honest motherfucking finch. R2K's riff writing is genius on SHTS, and nate's lyrics will wrangle the titties off all this modern crabcore shit.

This in my opinion sounds like completely mindless screaming, along with horrible distortion on the guitar, which makes the shitty power chords sound that much worse. The members of Finch are human, they want money, they joined a label to make money. Couple years after their 1st album the mainstream was flooded with awful copycat bands, finch could've stuck with it and gotten loaded but they progressed because THEY wanted to.

@MinorThunder news to me then, i remember them breaking up around 2007...coz my mate said they were shit anyway when i told him i was gutted they split up.. was on their website...unless they reformed and broke up again since then..
@cheebwhacker Well after their reformation in 07 they did continue work, but they really didnt say a lot. What they did was make a lot of demos until they decided they found their perfect sound. So during their work on their thrid album, World of Violence, they got 2 mastered tracks recorded and then desbanded on December 17th 2010

@MinorThunder before declaring a hiatus in 2006. Finch reformed in 2007, playing a reunion show on November 23 at the Glasshouse in Pomona, California. They released a self-titled EP a year later, and were in the process of writing their third studio album when they disbanded in late 2010.... my bad then they did reform in 07 but i was right about them finishing around 07 in 06, after that i kinda been away from music scene and stuff so didnt realise they'd reformed.

see so many comparing to glassjaw.. lets clear the air, finch is pretty old school, this band has been out since 1999 and daryl sings on 2 finch songs, "grey matter" and "project mayhem" you should check them out.. then check out their record after "say hello to sunshine" amazing progression, and was years before the curve.
Typically I like to post videos that reflect my mood. I think this fits.... Anyways I think this was one of Finch's best songs BTW. They put out an amazing rookie album and a terrible second album.
