  • Ron Paul on the difference between Capitalism and Corporatism BIG DIFFERENCE!! - /watch?v=hF8gQfGEvsc

  • @democratsaresmart Would you defend Nazi Germany if you lived in 1939 Munich? OUR OWN FOREIGN POLICY has earned us a bad reputation around the world. Go read a real history book and you will realize America has become an empire.

  • I'm a left leaning person and I think Ron Paul is the only good politician that is left in america...

  • @includao:Why don't you like Dennis Kucinich? He's worked hard his entire career at giving the middle class a fairer chance in life. He has fought against illegal (& costly) wars, called for auditing the Fed, defended small business, fought for REAL healthcare for Americans, & called out dishonest politicians who take money from Wall St. & pretend to defend working people. He consistently warns Americans of the dangers of voting for demipublicans. He's currently under attack from Wall St.Obama.

  • israeli & palestine mothers/children need to unite in their own WOMENS/CHILDRENS NATION -let the men PLAY G-I-JOE & destroy each other elsewhere- or do u think the religious (richest pimps on earth) will send gun-men to attack the womens/children nation? would YOU stop them?

  • DENNIS KUCINICH FOR PRESIDENT!

  • Furthermore, why must you lie like a freaking Marxist/NeoconFascist DOG? Ron Paul spoke out against the invasion of Iraq long before it happened and he has NEVER STOPPED!

  • Ron Paul isn't against the government (that's the mind manipulating minions' bullch*t description of his views). He is against corrupt, unconstitutional government.

  • Can we please get this man in the white house? before it's too late

  • since he is against government, i'll say that ron is running for Peace-Lord and not President, since this is a governmental term.

a Peace-Lord that remained in absolute silence about the invasion of iraq and afghanistan in 2003.

do his supporters realise what this man's rhetoric says about their intelligence and sanity? never mind a functioning short-term memory?

  • @sonbarably Wow you should do your research before you start posting, you've embarassed yourself with this comment. Ron Paul is for LIMITED GOVERNMENT not anarchy as you have stated, and he has been one of the loudest anti-war voices for a long time, not silent like you've stated. Do you realize what your lack of knowledge about what you've commented on says about your intelligence and sanity, I personally doubt you HAVE the intelligence to realize it.

  • We have to call out the media by picketing in front of any newspaper/news station buildings local to us and demand that they give all presidential candidates equal coverage, and not pander to the media whores who they feel can sell more newspapers and fill more airwaves with commercials.

  • What has he said about his sons views?

  • I think Paul is a left-right fusion.

  • I know Ron Paul is a republican and a "constitucionalist",but it seems he's a mix of left-wing and right-wing...I'm not from USA,can anyone explain?

  • @plutonicmind9 He's more of a libertarian, the ways and means of things he does in government are usually much different from the left and right.

It's hard to say he's a social liberal and fiscal conservative, it's just not that simple... Just check him out, his voting record is very consistent in his 20+ years in congress. I think the only time he's change his views is when he became anti-death penalty.

  • damm! ron must have a lot of enemies...

  • I am sick of all of these politicians. Ron Paul is a small light in the dark night.

  • go read end the fed, we need to support ron paul ingetting rid of the flawed federal reserve system

  • Ron Paul, you are the man

  • go read end the fed, we need to support ron paul ingetting rid of the flawed federal reserve system

  • HERO! Is very few politicians left as him

  • go read end the fed, we need to support ron paul ingetting rid of the flawed federal reserve system

  • obama has killed more people in pakistan than bush. and now he is going to put 35000 more troops in afganistan. but that will not be enough and the war criminal holbrooke will want more troops. (haven't we seen this movie before?) of course it was Wilson who got us into ww1, roosevelt WW2, TRUMAN the korean war johnson vietnam, clinton bosnia and kosovo. makes you wonder about the average "antiwar democrats" IQ level

  • everytime i hear ron paul speak i dream of the day we have a similar person in europe to vote and fight for.

  • True, but my main concern; as should be the Presidents, is the blood of our citizens. As a veteran I find any politician who tries to justify more American blood to be spilled on a war that he says is wrong makes me sick

    to my stomach!

  • We have given Iraq and Afghanistan enough blood. It's time to come home!

  • "We have given Iraq and Afghanistan enough blood."

And taken plenty as well...never forget that part.

  • @99swampfox99 We have made them bleed enough

  • they started something now it has to be finished before all troops can safely and swiftly pull out of the war zones... i feel the only way is by overwhelming force so that all the troops can then pull out with little to no resistance... only makes sense... this world is all fucked up... lol

  • then lets do it, but the thing is we are not going to do it. so lets get out and tend to our own garden. and how can you use overwhelming force in the north west province? Its basicaly huge mountains and valleys.

  • What we need to do is make a militia for safe reasons and promoted ronpaul. ronpaul is not going to elected for presidents if we dont do something. i am against any war but here in america we have all this crazy red necks/right wingers arming themself and trashing obama(obama is a good president). Obama and ron paul should joint forces as independen party.

  • @Deft89 - No offense buddy but Obama and Paul could never join forces. You're talking about two people who are VERY well educated in Constitutional law; one of which wholeheartedly supports and honors it and the other who has little to no respect for it.

You'd have more success with Bush and Obama teaming up as they have a lot more in common.

I don't agree with all of Mr. Pauls policies but in a cesspool of corruption Ron Paul and his son seem to be a beacon of honesty and integrity. IMO

  • maybe paul and kucinich is a possibility. but bailout obama.

  • Este tipo no para de sorprenderme,

no entiendo cómo no fué elegido!

  • porque no se deja sobornar de Big Pharma Big WarCo Big Tabacco o de ningun Big Daddy . El candidato con mas donaciones en su candidatura hecha por militares de ese pais. Yo pongo mi dinero a que ganara las proximas elecciones

  • I love RP. I hope oneday I can meet him and thank you for not giving up hope.

  • I appreciate much of what Ron Paul has to say. But he does not represent the mainstream of American thought. Re: Obama and the wars... he said before he declared his candidacy that 'we need to be as careful getting out as we were careless getting in'. He is collecting information from those on the ground. This will take time. Patience, Senator...

  • When a country can't discern a credible politician (Ron Paul) from your standard liar ones, (your Obamas, McCains, and Clintons) you know we're in trouble.

  • There's a great deal of sincerity when he speaks....

  • @narrowwayr Ron Paul proved himself not to be credible when he went on Glen Beck and pandered to his audience. I had nothing but respect for him up until that moment although I have never agreed with his political philosophy

  • @Unclecookoo. RP showed he doesn't have bias towards any news program or commentator by coming on glenn beck. Just because beck's a nut does not mean he doesn't get great ratings. You sir are small minded

  • @abrock31 my comment about Ron Paul going on Glen Beck was about WHAT HE SAID not where he said it. I have no problem with anyone going on any show, I don't like Glen Becks views but I would have no problem going on his show to share mine. The small minded comment to me without first understanding my comment shows me that you "sir" are presumptuous.

  • @abrock31 It wasn't just because he came on the nuts show, it is because he pandered to his audience. I stated that clearly. It is your small mind that did not catch that nuance.

  • @narrowwayr: How honest is your "credible politician"? He has lied on youtube by stating that the Federal Reserve Act gave power to the government over our currency when, in fact, it took the power to print currency away from Congress and gave it to Wall St. bankers. He rips Wall St. (the Fed) and then worships Wall St. (deregulation & privatization). Well, which is it? Does he work for corporations or for people? He sounds like a snake oil salesman to me.

  • @tripfunkmonster If you take away corporate welfare and "too big to fail" as Ron Paul intends to do, you do not have a system that could prop up such insidious behavior, let alone allow it to live and thrive. The bought-out, revolving door, slap on the wrist Gov't is a convenient buffer that aids and abets criminals in making off with your hard earned income. Ron Paul is a capitalist not a corporatist. Big difference. I was a Democrat but I just recently switched to vote in the primaries.

  • @erminization:No disrespect meant, but why do you think he "intends" to end "corporate welfare & too big to fail"? Just because he says so? He WONT end "too big to fail" because he also says he'll completely deregulate the economy. These things are incompatible. He also says he'll disband the Fed but we all know he can't so why does he say it? Because it's good politics. He's built a religious following and that's scary. If his popularity grows larege he could have unprecedented power - not good

  • @tripfunkmonster deregulation means removing political interests that keep the economy from regulating itself. we as voters and consumers could make much more effective choices as educated consumers than a bought off bureaucrat. on him not ending the Fed a) he can't do it himself so you're right on that b) as a Congressman he wrote a Bill calling for an audit. This precedent and his unrelenting stance on this (and other positions) should tell us a lot. Everything else is conjecture.

  • @erminization: There's no such thing as the economy regulating itself - that's part of the Capitalist Indoctrination Process. Regulating corporations is how people SHOULD BE able to prevent the corporate elite from taking everything they want. It hasn't worked because not enough Americans have paid attention to what's going on the past 30 years (or more). Most of us are too busy trying to make money & fighting those who think differently. We're victims of the manipulate, divide & conquer plan.

  • @erminization: We can't make "effective choices as educated consumers" when we don't get accurate info & that's what happens when corporations own virtually every news outlet. That gives them way too much power - the ability to program us to behave in whatever way those with $ want. The proof is that we aren't making effective choices, it's so obvious. 5 presidents in a row who work for Wall St.? Sarah Palin? Rick Perry? Donald Trump? Presidential hopefuls seeking approval from Rush Limbaugh?

  • He's always....right.

  • See how he spoke of true progressives, and that Obama is nothing but a Neo Con/Liberal in disguise. People from the right might want to take note of that before they go randomly bashing liberals or progressives.

  • great video!

  • Great interview !!!

  • Total, total respect for RP.

  • 30 years to bring in the bill to audit the fed he never gave up once did he, not one time all he ever did was try to pass a bill and next week after 30 years he might just get his wish and our future granted

  • I may be wrong, but as far as I know, Ron Pual is the only honest politician in D.C.

  • How is it the Fed can do what they do? The have done a terrible job. Get rid of the Fed now.

  • Look up "The Creatue From Jekyll Island". Will tell you all about it.

  • Take a good look. This is the greatest American on Capitol Hill that I've seen in the 4 decades of my life.

RON PAUL: Wise, Principled, Ethical, Truthful, and Kind.

  • He is the best!

  • Very true. I respect this guy. He's a big man. Greetings from Algeria.

  • What should have been.

  • My President!

  • He is a great great man!

  • The part about Obama neutralizing the anti-war left is the best part of the interview. Nail on head.

  • he did hit the nail on the head. It's their opportunity to either say "enough is enough" with the Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan or cower like a bunch of sheep. Unfortunatly they may take the latter instead of the former.

  • Its guys like Ron Paul that make me reconsider my place on the "left". Obama can talk health care all he wants but nothing impresses me more than a principled anti war stance and mr Afghanistan mcpredator strike sure doesnt have that.

Im not sold on libertarianism(at least not just yet) but this kind of principled stand sure makes me wanna at least listen to the congressman.

  • @nijaexhile3

Keep in mind Ron Paul isn't the end all, be all of libertarianism. There's right wing and there's left wing libertarianism. If you want to research left wing libertarianism look up guys like Mike Gravel, Noam Chomsky and Phillipe Van Parijs. But if you really want to research right libertarianism research guys like Neal Boortz, Michael Badnarik, Bob Barr, and Gerald Ford.

  • Are you serious? Boortz left libertarianism long time ago, Barr is a wolf in sheep's clothing and Ford.. I wonder how he is a libertarian.

As for Chomsky - he is a retard and a falsehood artist.. i.e. he is very good at lying by omission. He knows precisely what NEVER to talk about - and he is not against coercion at all - instead he wants his type of coercion.

  • @nijaexhile3

I also forgot about Barry Goldwater in my last post.

  • go read end the fed, we need to support ron paul ingetting rid of the flawed federal reserve system

  • @Zodiaccaidoz I think that the 'trust & trick' part was very very good! actually, I am thinking about that 'trust & trick' stuff, from time to time, but I've never knew HOW to express it in words, until now... (DOWNLOADED!)

    ☮ Ron Paul 2012 ☮

    Revolution

    R♥ution :P

  • @Zodiaccaidoz only not true.. the anti-war left was dying out before Bush left office. It is sad that the anti-war movement is ONLY the left... we don't agree on much from left to right but ending the war should be a no brainer!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Unclecookoo You said the 'anti-war movement is ONLY the left..." Are you not watching a Constitutionalist... a Republican speaking out against the wars long before they happened?

  • Really great man..

  • Great clip. But there were bubbles before the fed existed. I think the fed has made it worse

  • I just bought Ron Paul's new book, End the Fed It's Fantastic. Great Post. Thanks.
