Make RB's put their hands on a O lineman's back if the hole is closed and they are bouncing around. if the O lineman doesn't have a man to block then he should help block (double team) with someone else on his line. I like the new Locomotion, it will help for sure. More hit stick tackles, there's not too many. Madden has all the potential to be Elite, should let me help =) lol. even down to the features like flags on the goal post to see the wind direction. hope my comment is heard.
fix the gameplay bigtime, not tryin to be a hater but it sucks. I've been playin Madden for about 12 years now and just seems its getting further and further away from real football. Example: if your trying to throw a ball in between a safety and a corner and there is easily a 10 yard difference the QB should be able to throw between the 2 Defenders, but instead the corner will somehow become magnetic to the football and fly to swat the football, even sometimes just attach in midair. FIX IT PLZ

loved the speed of nfl 10. perfect. Computer AI needs to get fixed. im tired of watching coverage sacks after 15 seconds. the computer needs to have a clock to get rid of the ball. also trades with the computer. i could propose a horrible trade that'll be accepted every time. make it harder to trade and more realistic w/ draft picks online. edit positions online. dt to de ss to fs. and what happened to create a playbook? that was the best part! being able to fit a playbook to your style was key!

bring back franchise mode to its glory days! you took way to much out of its to basic now. What franchise mode is now should be season mode and then franchise mode should be an in-depth experience where u literally feel like your the gm of the team and can make adjustments like player training and what the team is doing during practice to actually improve
The "jump cut". You guys need to really separate the ball carriers ability to jump cut and accentuate variations in acceleration after a cut is made. If that small change is made, there wouldn't be so much emphasis on the speed rating. That is football in a nutshell. Basically i want to be able to see Barry Sanders ridiculous multiple jump cuts in the game. If he's used as the standard, that would be awesome.
This doesn't really pertain to the actual gameplay, but PLEASE for the love of God, DON'T put in dumb achievements like 7 man gang tackles just to show off a meaningless "new feature".

Also...one of the most annoying things, when creating an NFL rookie, you are given a choice of around20something heads, but none of these come with pictures for their info or like on "player to watch" or whatever it is screen. It's annoying to have players without pictures, create something like FIFA10 did where they had face-gen where you took a picture of your face and back of head and uploaded it onto the game, and the game generated an in-game face of you as a player. (This for Superstar)
Im English, and thought Madden 10 was good but could be hell of a lot better. 1. Like someone else said, the blockers dont block in front of the runner. 2. (I didn't get to the Superbowl on Franchise) but on Superstar, there was no build up to the superbowl that made it feel like the Superbowl. They should include pre-game, half-time entertainment, and most importantly the actual trophy at the end and everyone rushing up and down the sideline/onto the pitch when they've won.

ive liked madden 08 and since then hated 09 and 10. if your going to buy ESPN license, use it! dont just buy it so that we can only buy madden and not 2k. I'd really like to see the actual enviroment put into effect, like if you try to throw it in the snow the ball might just slip out of the qb's hand or something, and that suction tackling HAS to go.. after a full game, some players clothes get really dirty... better passing... VID TUTORIALS on how to do better passing, etc. Would love to really see a great game this year made.. also the challenge needs fixed and commentary, i hate the pauses for the team names or scores...fix that shit!

Oh no! I disagree. The "speed" in 09 was fine. What's missing is a realistic locomotion system (realistic foot movement, realistic physics, realistic momentum, etc.).

Okay..... Madden 10 was a huge improvement over the trash that was madden 09. Having said that, it still wasn't a great football game when it came to realism. There were still many problems and glitches that occured during the middle of the game. My main problem was with the flats as well. If I have a LB or CB on a WR in the flats, and he throws to the flats, then he should pay for making a dumb decision. In Madden 10 the defense just lets them complete it. If they can fix that it'll be a start.

FIX THE OFFENSIVE LINE, make them actually block. Do that and the game will be fine this should be the #1 thing to work on. The O-line in all of the past games including Madden 10 are garbage and have 0 IQ.

I would love to see a Senior bowl to see how well players are before you draft them. Better halftime show,with highlights from other games that are playing at the same time. Pre-game show of some sort to preview the game you are about to play. A couple of different broadcast teams would be good as well. One last thing, new Animations please! Thanks!

1. i'm sick and tired of Qbs running back 20 to 30 yards and making the perfect pass. And football is about personel, how in the hell can i come out in a pro set off, or three tight ends, and my opponet comes out in a nickle or dime defense and stop the run. Make RB's put their hands on a O lineman's back if the hole is closed and they are bouncing around. if the O lineman doesn't have a man to block then he should help block (double team) with someone else on his line. I like the new Locomotion, it will help for sure. More hit stick tackles, there's not too many. Madden has all the potential to be Elite, should let me help =) lol. even down to the features like flags on the goal post to see the wind direction. hope my comment is heard.

fix the gameplay bigtime, not tryin to be a hater but it sucks. I've been playin Madden for about 12 years now and just seems its getting further and further away from real football. Example: if your trying to throw a ball in between a safety and a corner and there is easily a 10 yard difference the QB should be able to throw between the 2 Defenders, but instead the corner will somehow become magnetic to the football and fly to swat the football, even sometimes just attach in midair. FIX IT PLZ

And your not lying about Reebok cleats lol, but i mean in Madden they're really generic. They could add some type of variety that would make up for it a little bit. Not everyone where the same shoe. Madden needs much work, it's very raw. has plenty of of potential. The new Locomotion feature is a step in the right direction though.

loved the speed of nfl 10. perfect. Computer AI needs to get fixed. im tired of watching coverage sacks after 15 seconds. the computer needs to have a clock to get rid of the ball. also trades with the computer. i could propose a horrible trade that'll be accepted every time. make it harder to trade and more realistic w/ draft picks online. edit positions online. dt to de ss to fs. and what happened to create a playbook? that was the best part! being able to fit a playbook to your style was key!

The "jump cut". You guys need to really separate the ball carriers ability to jump cut and accentuate variations in acceleration after a cut is made. If that small change is made, there wouldn't be so much emphasis on the speed rating. That is football in a nutshell. Basically i want to be able to see Barry Sanders ridiculous multiple jump cuts in the game. If he's used as the standard, that would be awesome.

Also...one of the most annoying things, when creating an NFL rookie, you are given a choice of around20something heads, but none of these come with pictures for their info or like on "player to watch" or whatever it is screen. It's annoying to have players without pictures, create something like FIFA10 did where they had face-gen where you took a picture of your face and back of head and uploaded it onto the game, and the game generated an in-game face of you as a player. (This for Superstar)

Im English, and thought Madden 10 was good but could be hell of a lot better. 1. Like someone else said, the blockers dont block in front of the runner. 2. (I didn't get to the Superbowl on Franchise) but on Superstar, there was no build up to the superbowl that made it feel like the Superbowl. They should include pre-game, half-time entertainment, and most importantly the actual trophy at the end and everyone rushing up and down the sideline/onto the pitch when they've won.

What ever happen to helmets taking off After a big hit? I play single player and notice more and more AI flaws... As the Vikings, no matter the difficulty, I can crush the CPU. Madden 10 seems to be all based on speed ratings and break tackle.

Enjoy what? EA should copy 2K5 if that's the only way they can make a decent NFL sim. madden 10 was great the play calling was excelent , it was more realistic, they added more game types like online franchise and ultimate team. passing was like it should have been and running was excelent, i just think online franchise should have been more like offline franchise. i think pussies that complain about it shoul just stfu cas ea has made great strides in improving the game.

I'd really like to see the actual enviroment put into effect, like if you try to throw it in the snow the ball might just slip out of the qb's hand or something, and that suction tackling HAS to go.. after a full game, some players clothes get really dirty... better passing... VID TUTORIALS on how to do better passing, etc. Would love to really see a great game this year made.. also the challenge needs fixed and commentary, i hate the pauses for the team names or scores...fix that shit!

I hope they keep the online franchise and update the rosters to it for Example rashard mendenhall is a 85 on updated roster but only a 72 for the online franchise

Oh no! I disagree. The "speed" in 09 was fine. What's missing is a realistic locomotion system (realistic foot movement, realistic physics, realistic momentum, etc.).

its funny the way ian cummings and co. always say that they think everyone is "happy" with madden and they made great "progress" last year, how everyone will be so excited next year etc when 90% of fans are complaining about the shit they repackage and ship out. the game has actually regressed since old gen, its like they don't listen to what anyone is saying. NFL needs to scrap exclusive rights, ian cummings need to be shot, im sick of that loser, hes just a public relations guy for ea sports

Okay..... Madden 10 was a huge improvement over the trash that was madden 09. Having said that, it still wasn't a great football game when it came to realism. There were still many problems and glitches that occured during the middle of the game. My main problem was with the flats as well. If I have a LB or CB on a WR in the flats, and he throws to the flats, then he should pay for making a dumb decision. In Madden 10 the defense just lets them complete it. If they can fix that it'll be a start.

Here's my little list of things that NEED to be fixed for the next madden (Off the top of my head)
-Ball morphing through players
-Sideline catches(Reciever always does some weird skipping motion so he never puts his one foot down)
-Redo the whole offensive line
-Motion shifting into blocks when your about to make a tackle
-Players morphing through players(Happened to me for like a 20 yard gain -.-)
-the way the ball is thrown when you get hit( It almost never goes straight up in the air)

Madden is for football players, don't waste precious disk space trying to make it "arcadey" and accessible to everyone, that's what difficulty settings and the Wii are for.
The large majority people who pay your salary and keep buying this game every year are football players, hardcore and rookies alike, but still football players; not your grandma or your five year old cousin.
So please finally deliver and give us a football game for football players EA!

FIX THE OFFENSIVE LINE, make them actually block. Do that and the game will be fine this should be the #1 thing to work on. The O-line in all of the past games including Madden 10 are garbage and have 0 IQ.

Adding a presentation like CBS and FOX broadcast packages would be sweet! Beef up offline franchise please,make a better draft combine experience. I would love to see a Senior bowl to see how well players are before you draft them. Better halftime show,with highlights from other games that are playing at the same time. Pre-game show of some sort to preview the game you are about to play. A couple of different broadcast teams would be good as well. One last thing, new Animations please! Thanks!
