I couldn't agree with you more, it is NEVER okay to rape someone. People always say "they were asking for it" well, if they were 'asking for it' then they would have fucking said yes and not put up a fight!! I agree with you, and am disgusted at the fact that this "advice columnist" had the decency to say that it was the victim's fault. There are thousands of rape cases that happen each year, and hundreds of them don't get reported b/c of the fact that they feel ashamed for allowing this incident to happen. People drink, it happens, but in no way is it alright to take advantage of them, especially when no means NO.
