it was a license error,

problem emachines and not on my HP laptop.

I figured it out last night. I had ran msconfig and disabled all Microsoft's services and i was suppose to click hide Microsoft services and disable all. At the end it stop the file that remembers you accepted the license agreement. I use a CS4 license fix which fix the problem.

msconfig save ram, by blocking start-up programs, such as Aim, skype, and etc.,

you enable them by a popup every 10 mins.
