They already made a sequel to this film and there were no voiceovers for their kids in that film. Although it seems according to imdb that there was a little scene with a little bit of that but it looks like it was other kids than theirs. Voiceovers were only for children who couldnt talk themselves I think :)

Behind the curtain in the room with 3 windows, no one noticed the figure until after the film was released & no one was on set when they were filming, yet there's clearly a boy behind the curtain in the centre window (I think...long time since I saw it), can someone find it & post it???

You are thinking of the movie Three Men and a Baby and during the scene when the grandma picks up baby Mary, it seems there is a boy hiding behind the curtains. But this is explained later as a poster board of Ted Danson for this movie that was unwittingly placed behind the curtain and filmed without anyones knowledge. No ghosts, sorry.
