Reg was a great singer, song writer and showman.....he was the first Aussie to have a hit song in the USA with "Armstrong".

He hosted the Country & Western Hour and, later, The Country Homestead on TV and travelled across Australia with his own stage show for many years.

Many people feel he never really was given enough due credit for his contribution to Australia's music industry.... he is sadly missed... RIP Reg

WOW what a spin-out! I remember (barely) seeing this here in Brisvegas when I was in primary school. It must have been about 1975-76
