This video is hilarious. This idiot has absolutely no idea why the officers are arresting those perps but he feels that he needs to put in his 2 cents. The female prison population has doubled in the last ten years because criminality in the nation's women is out if control. Mass incarceration is proof that we are a nation of laws. Also, we should keep a keen eye on pregnant women - they are harboring future criminals.

I guess I agree with themadoutbacker. Elder crime is a widely unreported phenomenon. It's not clear what senior citizens do for our communities - they are mostly a drain on resources. I'm willing to go even further. If seniors who live in a neighborhood with 60% unemployment run some numbers game or something (to feed themselves) I say lock they wrinkled asses up and throw way the key!

At 4:03 , notice how the license plate on the undercover car is bent so the plate number can not be read. Imagine being arrested and taken away in a unmarked police car that can not be traced to any precinct. This is the country we live in where the elderly and poor are both ticketed and arrested by Phantom police officers that hide their badges and plates.
