No, we punish the people who abuse alcohol (public intoxication, driving under the influence), but not those who use it responsibly in their own home. Should be the same for pot, and it's embarrassing that the world hasn't realized it yet.

it is unbelieveable that we treat people this way because it is thought that they are drug users. Do we treat people who use alcohol this way?
