Your 13, so wearing a little bit of shadow, mascara and lip gloss is alright. But 10 , 11 year olds wearing make up? If you keep wearing makeup, you will become extremely wrinkly when you get older . You can still wear make up, but keep that in mind and keep it to a minimum.
