I became a fan after hearing her music and after this whole youtube scandal was over so I'll be staying a loyal fan. But, was it really her fault though? She never said that she was found on youtube. People just assumed that she was a youtube phenom. In my opinion, she is smart to use youtube to gain fans. And besides there are worse artist out there, like Lil Wayne who smokes weed and others who are in gang related activities.

Exactly. Marie Digby misled her fans by stating in her original YouTube videos under the LABEL field she wrote "None." Marie was signed to the label all along AND even had her first record finished. Now all of these people on YouTube are signing covers to her songs thinking they are going to get "discovered" like Marie. Marie, you are total crap.
