If you've ever actually BEEN to a shelter, you'd know that this one looks top-notch from what can be seen, and that most of the animals that are there are unsettled to be in such unfamiliar surroundings anyway. @tracy10UT They tried to video the cat, apparently for adoption purposes. How is it "promoting the enjoyment of the misery of animals" when the cat was obviously just freaked out by the camera. If you've ever actually BEEN to a shelter, you'd know that this one looks top-notch from what can be seen, and that most of the animals that are there are unsettled to be in such unfamiliar surroundings anyway. So its no surprise Burger's in defensive mode and hissing.

Then one day, the owners (of both the cat and the garage) activated the door and the cat got trapped and was found hanging by the neck from the door's upper threshold.
