you fight in hockey to protect players from dirty hits. In soccer all you do is kick the shins and balls all cheep shots. you never see a real 1on1 soccer fights just one guy hits the guy then runs away before he can get hit these guys stand up shot for shot

What the fuck do you hope to protect by fighting people? Even if you are supposedly fighting to "protect" your players, you didn't always have to do that because indignance and violence like that simply wasn't there. Even if there is a one on one fight, they still don't know how to fight and people think that's the "real" way to do it. At least in soccer if a cheap run and hit shot does accur, there's no retarded litle fight and the sports go on.
