Love the review I am a big Makers Mark fan. I like most Bourbons that I have tried. I have tried Scotch and like it but I always go back to American Whiskey.
@besstr1 I just received my Maker's Ambassador's Manifesto booklet. Lots of special privileges and whatnot. Go to their website and go to the Embassy section to sign up. The manifesto is pretty cool I'm going to do a video on it later.
@RedneckResponder Yes, I am an ambassador also have been since 2008, I have my name or did have on two barrels I believe. Never made to trip to get a bottle out of my barrel. They send stuff from time to time some pretty cool stuff I may add.

I love single malts , especially Strathspey Malts and like you I will never drink a good malt with ice or a mixer . I went out and bought a bottle of Makers mark after seeing your review and all I can say is , WOW ! I think I might have to diversify from malts into trying more Bourbons ! lol Thanks again .

I notice you like to do these alcohol reviews at work! Nice! Yep life is good... Im not a bourbon fan. I do like Scotch Whiskey... Cutty Sark is my favorite.
@mobiltec Yeah, I work alone in the store 7 hours a day. I haven't had a customer in two days now and there is a liqueur store right across the street LOL...
I limit myself to 1 beer or 1 shot of booze and I give myself an hour or so before I have to drive home.
@RedneckResponder Oh I didn't mean to imply there was anything wrong with it LOL. Figured you had some free time on your hands. Construction trades are way down but people are starting to purchase foreclosures to fix up and rent out. Most of them have had the floors ruined by the disgruntled owners.
@mobiltec Rentals are the only thing keeping us alive right now. I know what you mean by ruined by renters. I've been in thousands of them and seen it all. Murders, suicides, rebuilding motors in the living room even a lady who kept 2 pygmy goats inside as pets.
@RedneckResponder Yes I have done one suicide house myself. She blew her brains out in the bathroom and we completely tore it down to the studs and built a whole new bathroom in there. All new insulation, drywall and everything else. Not one original nail was left in there.

cut down to 40% in Australia (was 43% years ago). beam global cuts so much international.
