Even Slayer themselves depicted a version of Him on the cover of Show No Mercy. Also, the contemporary view of Baphomet as a goat headed man with both genitalia comes from Eliphas Levi's woodcarving that dates back to the mid 1800's...

I believe what I want to believe, and in so doing I decide for myself what is right and wrong. And I personally do not believe in Satan as a being, but rather a force that permeates us all. Say what you will, I have made my decisions and I will stand by them.

You are you own man, or woman, you choose your path through life, you don't rely on a so called God to guide you or influence you. I merely rely on my own thought processes and personalized logical reason to make my decisions. not some age old man made deity. Being a Satanist is just a name for this. It's a way of thinking without a god, a way of living. I live by it happily and I always will.

Secondly, yes, I am an atheist, and my response to those who are not is that I am also a Satanist, because the LaVeyan form of Satanism works for me. It makes sense.
