Ps! I have literally just received a txt msg from my mate which said
"Ouch my bum hurts muchly" lol..........& all in the name of fun, what more could one ask for? :)

This awesome, fantastic lady is beginning to change the lives of myself, friends & family. Imagine a younger, female version of Mr motivator? & throw in some dance & loads a fun!!! Whilst working out & losing fat at the same time?
