I've been watching trains in good ol' Amsterdam for about 12 years now. This video is great. Are they doing construction on the station? Been a few months since I've been there.
They haven't been working on the station, but there are a bunch of boards of wood in front of it. I have no idea what they're for, but I use them to mount my tripod on. Otherwise, everything is the same. They did fix the signals; much brighter now.
Yep, get a tripod and watch where your shadow falls!

LOL every year we go out to this area to see family, and it's tradition to watch trains at the station with my siblings and cousins.

Thanks! It's just too bad that CSX gutted RS3Ls on them and threw on crappy K5LAs. Oh well, as long as they leave the paint.
