There is a specific reason why ALLAH gave the Arabs Islam - because as promised according to the authentic Old Testaments Scriptures for there will Prophets borned into the households of Abraham / Ibrahim alaihim salam. For One will established the foundational stones - Moses - David Jesus and the other is the Final Stone which is Islam and Muhammad. Hebrew Aramaic Arabic are all sister languages. @rijulz This verses of the Quran are talking about the status of the righteous vs the status of the wrong-doers in the hereafter .. the description is such powerful and alive that it brings tears to the Shiekh. There r reasons as to why a guy might cry other than his GF leaving him u know .. :)
