……Being vegetarian is a step in the right direction but animals used for producing milk/dairy and egg products still endure suffering and go on to a brutal ending at the abattoir. Animals are sentient ‘living beings’ and feel pain just as we do; they are not ‘objects’ to be treated as commodities. Hillside are doing amazing work and deserve all the support they can get. I wish all the animals in the world could be at Hillside safe from the vile hands of so-called humans!!!

Absolutely adorable!.....This is so nice to see after reading the article…..(Pain of the pigs: Undercover filming shows animals having their teeth clipped off with metal pliers without anaesthetic) in the Mail Online on 16/12/11. Animals hunt for 'survival' as did caveman. Today all the suffering animals endure is just for the sake of supplying people with a few moments of 'pleasure' to consume or wear for 'vanity'.....
