it's true that the condition of line is not so good, but the other statements have no base, the loco is from hyundai rotem licensed by gm-emd, bought in 2002, capable of pulling 25-30 coaches at a time in 120kmph, these locos are used in BR for intercity trains whereas the ydm4 is used for local trains
the loco is an obsolete bombardiar,coaches are scraps from indonesia,and tracks seem to be built before World War II, this is what BANGLADESH RAIL is, never compare it with Indian Railways.
