You are such an inspiration, im currently in treatment for bulimia, and sometimes its diffcult to keep up the motivation, but your story has convinced me too keep going and not give up.
Hi... I find your story really inspiring. I'm anorexic and the going is tough for me. I don't want to recover but I do at the same time because I see that I am missing out on so much. I only have friends with ana because no one else really understands me and the real turning point in getting worse was when my mom said that my thighs and face had gained a lot of weight recently. I was so determind to show that I was not fat it turned into anorexia and I have / had no idea who to turn to. Thanks.
Hay, my mother, one day while trying on clothes, called me hippy booty butt and told me that I should get a long jacket. She said that she didn't mean anything by it, but I know that she is lying. I thought that I looked fine. Since than I have eaten little to nothing. I lost about 11lbs and exercise everyday. I find cardio to be most affective. I just can't bring myself to it. Even though I use to be 233lbs and am now 172, I was loosing weight the right way and she knows that. .
I can only voice what the person before has said. That is really awesome that you finally did overcome the eating disorder, if not all the way. I think that people that recover from EDs are some of the strongest people in our society. I hope you do cross that finish line and that your life will continue to become happier and more meaningful to you
Wow. That's awesome. I haven't heard of many who have been able to get into recovery without going into residential or inpatient treatment. I really hope you can keep moving forward.
Thanks for the comment... it means a lot to me. I've watched a lot of your videos and hope you're doing well. It is amazing that I've been able to come this far without having to go inpatient... and I do hope I continue to do well. :)

I know what it feels like to get no credit for classes I nearly completed, I had to drop out part way through the semester twice.
