I think it's rather interesting you skipped the opera/rock part in the middle because even if it sounds weird to fit it in, everyone pretty much knows what that part is and would love it anyways, but if you feel it sounds better this way and it is more pleasing to you then that's what counts, after all, you're the one who has to play it, right?
