  • Help anyone?? when I export from Eyetv using numerous settings including this tutorial. When I slow down or even reverse in Final Cut Pro. It randomly freezes a frame and doesn't work. help!

  • /watch?v=ywuYTPFKSl8&list=UUfFgCKZjGh7vV5_VZP1BFRA&index=1&feature=plcp

This is an example video, take a look.

  • When i'm exporting my video, i get some small black lines around the video, the whole screen isn't filled with video.

I really don't understand why i get those, i'm doing the same settings as everybody else, help please?

  • would these settings be good enough for TV broadcast quality?? Thanks...oh thanks for sharing the body sounds too ;)

  • why key frames 24 and not automatic?

  • but i want it i 60 fps :(

  • I can not find the H.264? It is only Animation and down to PNG.. what do I do? plzz help

  • Can u still us these settings for 'Final Cut Pro X' (Verison 10)

  • why export twice if it's the same settings? thanks for the video though

  • @JudoChoppethUrFace I just found it to be a good way to export. You're welcome.

  • thanks alot!

  • thank you so helpful

  • green boxes in my final clip.. wtf? help?

  • In your device settings I noticed that you had the device set to Hauppauge HD PVR which gives you the custom option. I have an Elgato EyeTV HD so when I have the device set to elgato eyetv hd I don't have a custom option. Do you know if it will be a problem if I set my device to Hauppauge HD PVR even though that is not really what it is? Excellent video. Thanks

  • @kirk99921 I'm not too sure, wish I could give you a direct answer. I would need to see what you're talking about. Better understand..

  • I have a problem my tv is fine and everything but when i plug the usb thing from my hd pvr to my mac my tv screen goes black.. can someone plz help?

  • @Redrum2011 i have EyeTv 3 and its never done this before but for some reason when i export clips i just cuts out portions of the clip. can you help me?

  • @GezzzzaGerald PM me and explain better

  • @GezzzzaGerald Same thing happens with me! its so annoying...

  • @xRoyalBloodlinee i don't know how to fix it. i just wrecks the clips i get

  • @GezzzzaGerald I know and it always cuts out the best part of the darn clip -_-

  • @GezzzzaGerald I know the problem. I can't fully explain how to fix it, but basically every time the game goes a solid color (Like fade aways or long lasting white screens) it cuts it out, but not the audio. So basically it fucks you up everyime there's a cutscene or something that fades to black and it's a bitch to edit out the audio. IF you've figured this out PLEASE tell me and the world.

  • damn it takes soo long is there no other way to keep the same quality but to export it quicker?

  • @xHawkeeY From eyetv? Yeah try using the native format h.264 it export quicker with good quality.

  • @Redrum2011 thanks your such a legend!!!

  • good tut but sorta lazy. when using h.264 you can preserve good quality with doing single pass, and manual set the bitrate to 4,000 kb/s. more than that is unnecessary, especially if youre going to do multipass. and the high framerate is sorta unnecessary too. all you really need is 24 fps.

  • @nuahsx wtf are you on about you need 60 frames or it looks like shit

  • make a video on your sequence settings

  • do you play in 720p?

  • @ScBoyyx Yes

  • @Redrum2011 why is the small text not so,, uh, sharp??

  • @ScBoyyx Uuuh, idk..

  • If you ever figure out how to get rid of the black bars could you post how or link me? I can't find it for the life of me.

  • @Worsty323 same

  • When i import the clip to finalcut the clip is in widescreen. wtf?

  • @LankyGaming What's your resolution before you import?

  • @Redrum2011 where do i find that out?

  • @LankyGaming When you export from Eyetv what are your dimensions? It should be 1920 x 1080 when set to H.264 Format.

  • LOL

  • When I have my clips in final cut, they have black bars on the top and bottom. Then when I export it gets all streched out. I'm using the same export settings too

  • @tireurVISION I know you can get rid of the black bars, not sure how tho. For the stretched video you may be exporting using a different resolution?

  • btw audio is fucking up with beeps

  • @SnowballGaming It's suppose to beep it means it not rendered out.

  • favorited thanks

  • @ViceKrink Haha what? Is that a bad thing

  • @macboy113 I do. Check your messages

  • @macboy113 Hah hate when people ask this. It was a while ago when I downloaded it. It's a 2D. I can try searching for it. I'll get back to you if I find it.
