  • Hey there! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of stubborn fat.

  • my dad passed away christmas day 2011 from lung cancer, the hardest year of my life. it caused him to get blood clots on his chest that went to one of his legs and he had to get it amputated last year. put me off smoking and i quit straight away even tho i had been smoking for 7 years and im only 19. so yeah my dads gone recently smoking really fucks you up and its piss easy to quit..i know ive done it

  • I use an e-cig, my O2 levels are @ 100%, nicotine is good for your metabolism, suppresses etrogen, and causes vasodilation, increased blood flow and relaxation of the skeletal muscles, but it does cause vasocontriction and atherosclerosis which I combat with green tea, gingko, chocolate and a healthy diet. But yes smoking cigarettes is something I used to do and is very stupid.

  • Back when i was 15, i was curious and still a curious kid. That curiosity led me to smoking cigarettes.

    Ive been working out for 6-7ish months and i can definitely say ive built muscle. Im sure the progress ive made isnt optimal and im sure i couldve done more by now.

    But i just couldnt drop it, so what i did was not smoke an hour before my workout and 2-3 hours post workout i dont touch to allow my body to get clean oxygen.

    IT IS possible. but before i get hate, i went from 10 a day to 6 now

    BUT! about 2 years ago i was still a moderately heavy smoker and had just gotten into lifting for a few months. in the first year i made sick gains, then i started cutting back on smoking big time. i'm down to smoking only when drinking, which might be once every two weeks. still making gains.

    in the end tho, smoking sucks and the reason i cut back and intend to quit is because of training. you can get gains, but it'll suck lol.

  • Since i started smoking i've made the gains of my life ! Nah, im like half way joking but i don't see the fact that you won't gain any muscle when you smoke. Since you both don't smoke ( exept 1 @ the age of 12) you haven't really experienced it yet. It might affect the nutriens and oxygen that is transported in the muscles but not in huge way. It will surely increase. The only time when you actually start noticing it is when you start doing cardio, then it's noticable. Peace brahs
