@kornrachel Those are expansions that you can add to your base game to make your game more fun :D Like Ambitions gives you laundry and professions, and World Adventures gives you three worlds to travel and new fruits and stuff, but the rabbitholes, such as the hospital, will always stay the same. Expansions don't change your buildings, unfortunately.

My Sim mom was in labor for 12 hours when i decided to have my baby at my house. it wasnt fun, believe me. and its so unrealistic, i wish they made it so you could lie down on a bed or something. actual sex would be fun, too :] and no sensors when you take a shower

To install:

For Game Versions before 1.12

Package files: Go to your Program Files->Electronic Arts->The Sims 3

Get a resource.cfg and pop it in there. Then, create a Folder called Mods, and in Mods, create a file called Packages. Put the packages in there.

For Game Versions after 1.12, Make the Mods folder in My Documents->Electronic Arts-> The Sims 3, Put a resource.cfg in there, create Packages folder (:
