Hitsugaya's trying to finish the fight off quickly. He's worn out compared to Hallibel. But seriously I think somewhere along the line the war will finish off in soul society.

I don't think yamamoto would need a vizard mask to fight halibel on par, lol. And Hitsugaya does have the strongest ice zanpaktou... so I guess it does make sense that they are fighting on par.

I'm starting to get annoyed with both Hitsugaya and Halibel. I wish they would just stop swaggering around with all this I can command all water. And of corse the ice kid just happens to be prepared for an espada when he doesn't even have a Visard Mask, not to mention she's a higher rank then Ulquiorra. I know he has two forms but Ichigo had trouble with his first form while wearing the mask. I find it very unrealistic that ice kid can just fight on par with a released espada higher then 4.

hitsugaya is a genius.. he can't even use his bankai without killing everyone around him, he can't control his own power. I guess that makes him competent to fight halibel.

I agree, I think that the reason ulquiorra was so low is that aizen hasn't seen his power. You're kind of making it sound like hitsugaya is weak, though, which isn't really accurate. I don't remember which chapter, but Captain Kyoraku said that maybe in 100 years hitsugaya would be stronger than him (Kyoraku).
