  • What's so special? I've done this with my 7.3L

  • So..much..idiocy..in..the..comments..!@

  • Ok Ford bought into cummins and cummins Alston almost got shut down because they put power stroke heads on the cummins engine and yea prolly and engine swap but the cummins in part of Ford now

  • @hortonhearsawho13, so it can tow more that an 81 Honda civic without breaking lmao

  • just like on top gear its on wheels and the track not impressive

  • Ahem, Mopar or no car

  • Comment removed

  • i just want to know why a ford has a cummins in it...

  • Dodge dosent own Cummins. Niether does Ford. Cummins is a way bigger company. Theyve been around sence 1919. And That ford has a cumnins in it. Its called an engine swap. It says in the discription its a 12 valve

  • ford cummins eh? last i knew fords had the powerstroke in them... unless the entire worlds been lying to me for the past 23 years.......

  • @motorhead11345 Well there are things called engine swaps you know.

  • @Kuson2 ya i kno

  • @motorhead11345 For the record I wasn't trying to be a dick, but that's my guess lol I don't see how else a cummins would be in there.

  • Haha my 2011 dodge ram with 400 horsepower stock would eat that truck alive..

  • cummins 5.9

  • That would be impressive with the rail car brakes ON.

  • My dad drives trains for a living and i showed him this video and he informed me that not only can a powerchode pull a rail car but 20 elementary kids can too

  • @cobymoreland94 one man with a 4 foot bar can

  • @cobymoreland94 i bet they could

  • @cobymoreland94 its a 12v cummins....where do you get the powerstroke bit from? you Obviously can't tell from the sound of the 12v motor....*epic facepalm*

  • @cobymoreland94 i hope you know thats a cummins

  • good old American power, lets see a Tacoma do that.

  • @MrJanobala Goddamn right! fuck toyota!

  • @MrJanobala Tundra can!

  • @rlewistmi i am not even going to argue with you, im just to tell you that you are a disgrace to the american name, move the hell out of my country and go live in japan with your Toyota japs. you should be ashamed.

  • @MrJanobala Good because I don't need to argue, I already know the facts. I hope you realize that.. 1) Tundra can. 2) There are probably more Americans in Toyota assembly plants making a decent living than Americans in Chrysler, Ford, GM plants.. because the big three outsources most of the jobs! 3) Your Dodge (if you own) was most likely made in Canada or Mexico. 4) YOU move out of my country and take your ignorance with you..And my friend I'm never ashamed because I know the facts.

  • @rlewistmi people like you are what got America in this hole. "i know the facts" the only fact you need is to buy american cars, american products, don't shop at walmart, they are a big part in how "made in china" became the standard here. with you and your facts, buying foreign products, even if its parts are made here or the whole thing is made here, it doesn't matter, the other country still gets the profit because its a foreign company. if you buy american it helps the economy.

  • @MrJanobala It's a train car with wheels on rails...I'm more than certain that a car could damn near pull this.

  • @Kuson2 well then you must be retarded. simple as that.

  • @MrJanobala dude...if it was being dragged on the ground it would be one thing, but it's on wheels and on rails. A group of people could get that thing rolling.

  • @Kuson2 dude that truck is a BEAST, and do you see how it is barly pulling it, that car weighs a SHIT load, a car would just be spinning tires and people would not be able to push it unless there were like tons of people pushing.

  • Good old 7.3 powerstroke

  • hahaha my 24v dodge cummins turbo diesel would eat this :D

  • @kaydynHIM then go and install all your car audio shit you have hooked up in ur room in the truck and show some proof bro. lol fucking sound jock

  • I'de be more worried about the traction on the gravel, but it seems thats not an issue.

  • It's not a 7.3 turbo international ?.

  • ppfffttt.. just a regular day in the life of a 5.9 cummins.

  • whats the point? its a dodge at that point leave the powersstroke in man....at least it aint a duramax

  • you guys are GAYY your saying that ford has a cummins engine in it? not possible

  • @kaydynHIM it is if you put one in it ive seen it befor and have a frind that has done it for people

  • That Ford has a cummins in it O_O?

  • @HyDroxZHD yeah its called a swap kit they make em everyday of the week for cummins motors.

  • that must be hell on your tranny

  • @Ryandavis33 its an automatic...

  • @loudtrout yea i was saying that must be hell on you cluch packs and gears...i dont think it was ever meant to pull something that heavy

    cheers!

  • It would be nice if ford used Cummins engines

  • @techspeque Corvette, Viper, Mustang, Charger, Challenger, Camaro, do i need to go on?

  • @at400andromada You have listed mostly models of the cars, now I will list the whole brands: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani, Porsche, Bugatti, Maseratti, Jaguar, Aston Martin, BMW...I think they made quite a few models, Ferrari itself made like more than 50 models of sport cars ;)

  • Ah americans with their huge engines...I am wondering why the best sports cars are made in EU anyway...

  • @techspeque I am wondering why those EU sports cars cost so damn much.. $100,000, $200,000, almost $1,000,000 sometimes?? Hm. Its a mystery.

  • @mikedero08 It's because they can....it's because they can

  • @mikedero08 Because you pay for brand name not for a car itself ;) that's why :D

  • good way to burn out a clutch ehh? haha nice truck tho

  • @Gatorsrok it is an automatic...

  • @Thebeast31900 you spelled mental wrong. How ironic. Anyhow, you can have a Ford Cummins my buddy has one. Not stock of course but still possible

  • Cummings own Cummings. Is my point.

  • Who ever gave this a title is mentle because there's no such thang as a ford cummins.theres a ford powerstroke,a dodge cummins, and a chevey durmax

  • @thebeast31900

its called an engine swap dumbass, people put corvette engines in mazda miatas for fuck sakes...

  • @TBSSAWDLS2 you can also order a diff engine with the vehicles, hell they could order a detroit for a f350 for all it matters

  • 1trains cant go in mud. 2. dont even compare a chevy to a ford. 3. my escort can pull that

  • my chevy with the 6.5 turbo is better!

  • i pulled 2 of them with my geo tracker...

  • Attach a coupler to the back and some rail wheels to your truck and you can do that stuff better than having only chains xD

  • Still doesn't have shit on a built 572

  • if you wana play with the big toys with a truck, you shud invest in a Unimog instead... look it up, enough said

  • I'v done that with a pry bar at work. they move really easy.

  • thats what trains are for

  • to bad its an automatic , manual in 1st and low range would ripped the rail car in half.

  • Alison tranny?? perfect truck i so!

  • ok really? An END 710 IS A LOCOMOTIVE ENGINE!!!

  • I always thought that rail cars used air brakes. I could be wrong....just curious if this one had them how you got air pressure to move it.

  • if a man can move a plane with his hands...a civic could do this...fail

  • TO THE NORFOLK SOUTHERN DUDE WTF I DOUBT YOU OWN YOUR OWN LOCOMOTIVE YOUR JUST TALKING SHIT AND I KNOW YOUR NOT WICK MOORMAN AND YEA THIS DUDE'S TRUCK IS PRETTY BAD

  • it sounds like a fucking tractor lol!

  • i hope for the transmissions sake that it wasn't an automatic...

  • thats a ford for you id like to see a chevy do that

  • @rrebelyellerr1 don't be so fucking ignorant a trucks a truck retard

  • this video isnt that impressive. the car only has one brake shoe applied. which is the hand brake. it takes a slight gust of wind to move um around in the yard.with no air. locomotives will move easy with wind too. the hardest part is slowing them. as i see no airlines or locomotives hooked to the rail car it only has the handbrake applied.

  • What most ford guys say is "ford owns cummins" but they dont they bought about 30% of their shares and that's what confuses them. Dodge is in contract with Cummins and Ford is in contract with international, nor ford or dodge owns cummins. Ford also uses cummis in some of there f-650s and 750s. but still ford DOES NOT OWN Cummins.

  • @Predator3700 yes but ford had cummins before dodge did

  • @dieselbill87 finally, some one who's not a complete retard.

  • @Predator3700 ummm.... dodge owns cummins i dont know what your talking about ford does not own it though and should not use it ford has powerstroke chevy has duramax and dodge has cummins so yea

  • @MrSkidoo714 acutally no one owns cummins but themselves. they are a company of their own and dodge just had a contract longer with them for the diesel pickups then others. ford did come from the factory for a while with a cummins till they went back to the powerstroke. you can find a cummins in alot more than just a dodge. my mack dumptruck has a cummins. dodge does not own cummins. no one does

  • You guys are pansy's. You think your ohh soo cool in your Dodge's, Cummins' and your jacked-up Fords. I just have to laugh. I've got an EMD 710. It's got 4,300 horsepower and it could pound you country boys and your little sissy trucks into the third dimension. Not to mention the massive diesel's that ships have. But you guys smoke it and live it right up like a bunch of Barby dolls. You just go and have fun in the sandbox boys! The railroads will always prevail!

  • @NorfolkSouthern1

That is awesome... dont know what to say to that... but CSX might, thats who we use and it appears they have a little more HP than you?

  • @acornell82 What NorfolkSouthern1 didn't mention is that that's 710 cu. inches per cylinder and there are 12 or 16 cylinders.

  • @acornell82 Diesel does not care about a made up mathematical number. (HP) Diesel get measured with a measurable fours called. (torque)

  • @acornell82 CSX as about the same

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 what is the point of you trying to trucks to trains?

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 1000 hp 1650 lb ft of torque out of a 359 cbi 6 cylinder diesel is impressive

Wärtsilä-Sulzer RTA96-C 1 hundred thousand hp 5 hundred thousand lbs of torque

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 You own a train? Cool story bro.

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 please put up a video of your 710, i would like to see it. and you know you want a truck like this.

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 of course that would happen, the motor is bigger than a truck to begin with.... But you are comparing apples to watermelons man, you make no sense....

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 gee just goes to show that you are an ignorant fool. your stupid opinion is not needed. either enjoy the video or Dont comment on it at all.

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 EMD 710? thats a train right? Sure its got more hp but you cant go anywhere unless its on your tracks. trucks are a little more practical i think.

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 are you really comparing a train to truck?... ohh fawk that F150 just towed more then my motorcycle.. fuking pos motorcycle.... sounds like a 10 year olds mindset behind that comment...

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 hmm, well whats your daily driver? not an EMD, so these guys do have something over you i guess.

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 your comparing a train to a truck? how fucking dumb are you

  • @NorfolkSouthern1

when you were writing this did it seem like a smart/impressive thing to say at the time?

It is going to pound is into the 3rd dimension? which one , height length or depth? cause last time I heck we all exist in three dimensions while traveling through the 4th dimension

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 bitch please i fitted my drag car with a ford 427 sohc race engine w/ duel 4 barrel carb. and ect. giving it about 3,900HP. not in a train, not in a truck. IN A FEATHER

  • that was impressive

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 Well we dont have what you have, "us Country boys have trucks and damn proud of them. That awesome of what you have, But please dont talk shit about what we have. We are very proud of what we have, and im sure that your proud of what you have. But theres a difference between you and us. We dont talk shit about other peoples pride.

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 u mad?

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 cool story bro

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 id love to see you drive the emd 710 off the tracks lol this is a truck pullin a train big deal its not a pissin match get into the 21st century "railroads will always prevail" lol

  • @NorfolkSouthern1 you pissed off

  • ford dont even put cummins in, its powerstroke, and if ur gonna do that get a real truck, a ram!

  • The train car is still on the tracks lol

  • correct me if im wrong but the "Dodge" had the Cummins NOT the Ford they have the powerchoke

  • @lee88mike Alot of people swap out the Pstroke for a cummins.

  • @masonm127 i didn't know you could do that... learn something everyday

  • @lee88mike Yeah I personally like the ford truck itself better but I like the cummins waaaaay more than a p stroke

  • @lee88mike See the "C" logo on the passenger side fender? Someone did a 5.9L 12V conversion for this F350 to replace the NaviShit 6.0L.

  • @terracon i see that now

  • @terracon it would of been a 7.3 not a 6.0 this is a 01. the 6.0 did not start tell mid 03

  • @lee88mike I hope that all of you guys, arguing about cummins vs. powerstroke, know that cummins was a motor built by ford motor co. you dis powerstroke, then ur also puttin down the cummins, and vice versa.

  • @335335yates my bad. cummins is owned by ford. still...

  • @335335yates The fuck it is In '94 Ford bought some stock in Cummins but it was all bought back in Jan of 97 Ford has nothing to do with Cummins other than they are customers And as far a duramax lovers have fun with your Isuzu for u ford fags your PS is made bye Navistar, formerly known as International Harvester As for us dodge loving I6 cummins owners we dont hid our wannabe v8 diesel engines behind some cool name tag. We pride our little 5 and 6 L as little clones of real diesels aka ISX

  • @Predator3700 i wasn't talking to you? nor do i care what you have to say? I think thats a fair statement. Also, I never said that I thought cummins was crap and would agree that most ford diesel motors are junk (besides the 7.3) so i don't know what the fuck ur all jacked up about. seriously bud, chill the fuck out. im pretty sure that you'll live without ragging on people for no reason. its just You Tube, not the end of the world.

  • I'd rather be Cummin' than Power strokin'

  • @lindro123 takes a whole lotta strokin to be able to start cummin

  • big whoop

  • ford power all the way the power stroke that was in it would of easly did the job

  • I bet the car is empty.

  • @farmtech4449 you don't say?

  • Getting it moving is cake. How well can the truck stop the car on a slight grade?

  • Ford Cummins? i thought for was Power stroke and Dodge is cummins. unless you did some major body work.

  • @Airsoft2897 Ford makes cummins but gives it to dodge because ford says it would be too expensive to put the cummins in there trucks

  • @MegaTrucker98 You sir, are a fucking dumbass. Ford has nothing to do with cummins except the engines they put in the medium duty trucks.

  • @MegaTrucker98 that is probably the dumbest comment in youtube history

  • @MegaTrucker98 You need to do some more research before posting obtuse comments like that. International Trucks made the 7.3L Powerstroke and helped design the 6.0L Powerstroke for Ford. Dodge Sourced Cummins for their light duty 5.9L I6 diesel which evolved into the 6.7L I6 in 2007.5+. GM motors bought a large financial interest Isuzu back in the 70s in doing so was privy to their diesel technology they produced which aided them in producing the 6.6L Duramax we have today.

  • Is it just me? Or does it still sound like a Powerstroke?

  • @chippewa1994 It does still sound like a power stroke, but not impossible that the guy knows which motor is in it.

  • Comment removed

  • Juanhulk91 your dumb as fuck it's a ford with a cummins engine in it!!!!!

  • I saw some wierd indian guys move one with some rope tied to there balls, and you had to use a truck lol

  • @MorpheusHusky LMFAO, you had one of those bizarre nights on youtube as well?

  • my ranger could do that easily. heck a electric car would pull it too.

  • As a couple of people in the know have already attested. Those railcars move VERY easily on flat ground. The contact patch between the rail and the wheel is only the size of a quarter.

  • and they still do better then chevy and doge

  • @JuanHulk91 nope. lol. its cummins power. not powerjoke or duracrap

  • @jcolcord5 comments like that show how stupid you are in the knowledge of diesel technology.

  • @Batojiri1 calm down big guy, no need to get your panties in a bunch. and it has nothing to do with knowledge of diesels. lol

  • id rather be cummins and strokin

  • chuck norris was pushing from behind.

  • @skilo1983 chuck norris was under the hood.

  • So basically Dodge was doing the work. Ford sucks

  • @DIPSH1TLOSER Yeah cause Dodge builds the Cummins Engines....RIGHT...

  • @Bobus2003 cummins builds cummins for dodge trucks

  • @DIPSH1TLOSER no, basically, its Cummins doing the work.Ford does not suck.

  • ok for anyone that dont know, ford has always owned a piece of cummins and a cummins has always been an option for the superduty trucks. However i am pretty sure that is no longer the case as ford didnt renue the contract so now for is stuck with ford engines

  • @bjmstsredneck International engines... that are actually Isuzu engines. and i really should check on that ford/cummins... see it way too much for something that at best is only half true

  • @Strikerlead144 no ford no longer uses international they are Ford junk all the way in todays ford trucks. you are right in one thing and that is that they used to have international or "navistar" engines.

  • if it is a ford it is a powerstroke not a cummins

  • @masschosengamer its called a "conversion".

  • @masschosengamer Dude, There is a CUMMINS in it.... It was swapped.

    Derp.

  • Cool, a real motor in a real truck, how hard was the convert.?

  • big deal u can pull that with a horse

  • Cummins Conversion AGAMER

  • i didnt know ford made a cummins engine.. lmao.. u mean powerstroke?

  • @jrhardin81 have u heard CAT was going to come out with a highway truck? Oh yea, and i heard cummins was coming out with a v8 diesel too.

  • @TheManistheshit pacotaco99 is right ford has never had anything to do with cummins; ford did want the B series engine in their truck, but dodge made a deal first.

  • @derushracing27 your correct Cummins owns Cummins. Cummins as of now is just as big as ford motors. Also around 2014 Chrysler is losing there contract for Cummins Motors since Paccar and International is wanting Cummins to fully commit to only them after 2014. Cummins in the Peterbilts and Kenworths, and International and case tractors. dodge will be testing and putting Mercedes or Detroit Diesel in a dodge after 2014. That only made sense since Mercedes owns Chrysler and Detroit diesel.

  • @jrhardin81 I didn't know that! Hopefully some Detroit diesel! :D

  • @jrhardin81 i thought fiat owned chrysler now

  • im sorry guys but that is a cummins engine in that ford i can tell the difference between a powerstroke and a cummins

  • ford dont make cummins its powerstroke
