  • G... write a diet book!! make some dollars :)

  • Isnt george pretty much homeless himself at this point?

  • Look into Artichoke Leaf!

  • Your brain needs sat fats to be healthy. A human being becomes mentally unstable without them.

  • Congrats, George, that's great. :) Janet

  • Good for you George.

  • You have DEFINITELY lost weight! Lookin' good.

  • I've been dieting and getting some pretty intense headaches?

  • Exactly

Mainstream media propaganda is that fat is bad, but all those "junk food" are just carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, ketchup, batons, pies, shakes, pasta).

To understand how animal fat became a boogie man watch "Sugar: The Bitter Truth".

  • I am glad things are going well for you. I hope this is a lifestyle you can keep up for the long term

I lost weight on WW and because you have to stay within a points range, you learn to eat ALOT of fruits, veg and whole grains vs animal protein or you quickly run out of points.

    Good luck to you!

  • George! Wear sunscreen!!! Your diet will mean nothing if you die of skin cancer! Take care

  • Those 20 - 30 pounds were your fat reserve. When things crash you'll have less to live on.

  • @George4Title do you think it's important to eat set meals, or okay to snack all day here and there as long as it's healthy food?

  • @jchahine for my diet, I enjoy large meals and fasting, simulating how we ate during the paleo period. The 3 meal or 5 meals a day schedule is an invention of man and corporations

  • @george4title I suspected so.... Iike "FourthMeal" at Taco Bell :0)

  • That is great news about the weight loss. Now it is time for me to go on my diet and lose big time weight. Congrats on your success.

  • Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a peasant.

  • @LibertyDownUnder actually for leangains it's almost opposite

  • @george4title, it's more of a long term, healthy living tip rather than a short term approach.

The big breakfast boosts your metabolism, and the small dinner makes your body burn excess calories. This is one of the reasons the Chinese eat such fatty foods and stay thin.

  • Do you wear sunscreen?

  • @diozent not anymore

  • fat is toxins that the liver places there cause it can't keep up. You don't need more than 10% of your caloric intake to come from fat. Your brain and all your cells run on carbs, especially fruit. All the hormones, antibiotic and bad karma in animal product is what makes people sick. The paleo diet doesnt work long term. I researched it and decided the raw vegan lifestyle made more sense to me. We ate meat out of necesity during the ice age, no longer need to.

  • @markangeloc Your right. The paleo diet is unhealthy in the long term.

  • @dowhatuwill yeah most people don't realize our system is not designed to eat flesh. Our intestines are too long compared to carnivours, we don't have the enzymes in our saliva to break down the bacteria in flesh, nor do we have the equipment to hunt pray, claws, jaws to rip meat out of bone et. We are closer to the ape, hands to pick fruit from trees. So long term meat eating will create problems.

  • @markangeloc Agreed on all points. You can't tell people though. They don't want to hear that's it's the bacon and eggs that made them sick, not the oats and blueberries. So they live in denial.

  • @dowhatuwill I know they are too blind to see, until its too late that is. The meat and dairy industry has done a good job in false advertisement and creating lies. People need to go within and tap into their inner knowing and stop buying the lies. I am glad to see there are people out there like yourself who are educated.

  • @markangeloc meat isn't my holy grail, but I do enjoy it...bloody rare

  • @george4title when I ate meat I like eat rare too, but we don't have the enzymes or the bacteria to process it, nor the intestines for it. Youll see in time, your body will tell you. Just stay healthy, thats all that really matter, without health we have nothing.

  • @markangeloc I think we shifted our diet depending upon food sources. I plan to go raw vegan for a few months later this year

  • @george4title I think also the quality and quantity of animal flesh we ate was very different back then and we didnt eat cows or chicken per say especially not farm raised and with the conditions farm raised animals are put through ( stress, cruelty, antibiotic and hormones). We ate mostly plant base and very little flesh when plant base was scarce. Raw Vegan lifestyle is a great lifestyle for cleansing and detoxing.

  • @markangeloc Do you believe in god? Or read the bible?

  • @S1lverwing why would you ask me that question, I don't know you? But I will tell you this, I believe in a creator, maybe not the version of mankind and his perception of him/her. I believe every book every written by man may have merit and help someone, but I believe most of all in my heart, the connection to my higher self and inner knowing and guidance. I respect all other mans belief and feel we each have our path to take.

  • @markangeloc One man's faith allows him to eat everything, but another man, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. Romans 14:2

  • @S1lverwing like I said books written by man are useful for some and not to others, the one who rote that verse obvioulsy liked meat and fret on his fellow vegetarians. I find it the opposite of what that verse reads. Why must a man resort to killing for his nutrition when there is so much abundance in what is in the garden. But we each have our path to take, and I respect that.

  • @markangeloc I agree with you on the fact that we know in our hearts what is good and evil. I respect Your belief

  • @S1lverwing our hearts is our beacon, as a very wise man said a long time ago, the kingdom of heavien is within you.

  • @S1lverwing there is a philosopher i listen to at fhu dot com. he is amazing and has a very deep understanding of things. you may want to check him out.

  • Good luck with the diet, staying in shape will keep you a lot healthier.

  • Good job George

Chasing half naked girls down the beach ought to burm some calories , lol

  • Austerity doesn't need ...a diet

  • Yes you do lose the water, But watch your self and yes you do need the meat we are made to eat meat .I can see from your older vids. later

  • Yes you do lose the water But watch your self

  • You aren't tall or muscular, George. You should probably be down around 150 to 165.

  • @OilBarron84 I've always been a heavy guy. 5 ft 9 and I don't seem big, but I am stronger then most my size

  • Thats so fantastic George, glad you are feeling well. How much exercise are you doing? That seems the biggest and best part of de-stressing for me.

  • You only have 40 more pounds to go George. You should be 160-170.

  • @jarden69 185 is my high school weight

  • high bp = daily asprin

two decades ago they gave me the high bp report.

    Still kickin

  • Its protein george. Not fat. You need protein to burn protein.

  • @MegaTriumph1 Why the hell would you want to burn protein? LOL

  • What are you doing for excersize?

  • @gmako74 low intensity biking 30 min 3x per week, High Intensity sprints 20 minutes 3x week, 30 min. chins, pushups, squat jumps 3x week. Mostly focusing on diet. I use myfitnesspal app for my phone. First step is CUT ALL SUGAR mainly liquid drinks like soda, fruit juice, beer)

  • @george4title Thanks G4T, Ive started a diet about a month ago and lost about ten pounds. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • I've been on this diet for two weeks, and it's great. I feel great, more energy than ever. George's comments about not being hungry all the time are absolutely true. I'm 100% convinced that this is the correct way for human beings to eat.

  • If you get in the habit of walking stick with it rain shine just get out there and get with it. For me it was the only exercize I could do I had no other option I can't walk unassisted too far I have to have a cane or walking sticks. Some reason the sticks allow your bod to work uppper bod when you use the sticks. I wore sweat band headphones and a safety vest to insure I was not killed if night wore head lamp and rear red blinky. The music really helps you enjoy the walk when you have it.

  • Also push ups and sit ups each night before you shower. maybe do some reps with 25-35 pound weights each arm also. Squats are best but warning do them on an day where u have the next 2 days free cause it is going to be killer on them thighs first few times. BUT you can start at 50 per day then do 100. Just don't go overboard cause I am not joking you will be working muscles you don't usually use and after lets say u do 100 first day it sucks just walking but overtime u will feel nothing.

  • @TVFOGGED I agree with everything you said except I would suggest 1/4 miles sprint, walk 1/8 mile, sprint 1/4 and so on.

  • @aybesee123 ya that is what i do some times i run harecore an mile then walk half an mile but after 2-3 months u will notice u can run the whole thing.

  • Video link about Obama visiting Denver in late September

about the 27,comet Elenin all hype or is there Biblical evidence that shows it will have an effect on earth?

  • Try a directional mic $43 at Fry's and set it to zoom. It will help the audio.

  • Wow G I didn't know you had all that wrong with you? Way to hustle and get your life back. My best weight loss righteously was when I was trucking I walked 30 min day with walk poles I would walk 15 min away from truckstop then turn around and return for my shower. When I ate I ate the $1 tv diners with all the bread and margarine I wanted. I also ate other stuff I liked wanted ice cream ate it. occasional fast food meal. I lost 30 lbs in a month but got out of step and put it right back.

  • You can't lose weight unless you sleep good.

  • U need to go lots of running. Get some nikes with the ipod chip, get an ipod and u can just start running your own paths and it tells u how many miles u have gone once u set it to an tread mill. You will drop weight like crazy doing 5 miles runs/jogging. Also no soda. Tea's are best. Green tea is my fav and u can buy like 100 packs for 2$. Just buy 2 two liters jugs from the dollar store and cycle them out so u always have tea. Also after an month or so you will notice your veins getting bigger.

  • @TVFOGGED holy shit dude, can you advocate any more ways to support the slave/sweatshop industries in the world?

  • @gn0m1k fuck you man

  • ...if you have a job where you work hard, you can eat anything you want, drink all the beer you want and still look great...I'm a plumber, but if you really wanna loose weight try roofing, that will peel the pounds off...hahaahaha...IMO...=)

  • I have the Paleo book by Loren Cordain in front of me and it's been in front of me for a couple of years...time to open it up turn the page--(ha ha). Keep it up.

  • @skittles1854 a little bit more expensive, but you eat a lot less and hungry less

  • @george4title

You look very healthy George. Recommend exercise like swimming,off-road motorcycle and sports like soccer once in awhile. Gym workout is not exactly natural activity like sports (Hockey is my Sport) but in-place running is cool.

  • @skittles1854 I seriously doubt it's expensive. If Georgie couldn't feed a stray puppy except for a few hot dogs, I seriously doubt he would be spending much money on this diet.

  • Congradulations!

  • any before and after pics

  • @dickiepipes I'm going to hold off until I hit my target weight with is around 185

  • @george4title The average erican eats less than 1% wholegrains in their diet. Instead they eat animal fats and refined carbs. That and lack of exercise is why they are so fat and sickly..Complex carbohydrates are essential for health, Beans are very good for you as well. High in both protein and fibre. You don't need meat either. That;s The Paleo diet (and also the Atkins diet) tells people what they want to hear -but it's a lie
