That is wrong. The proper translation is.
"Jacques brother, do you sleep? Sound the crossbred ones."
I'm not exacly sure what that means, but that's the proper english translation.

@TRWolf its funny but a lot of names like James, Jack, Jacob. They are all are variation of the same Hebrew name.
Generalvaldez 1 year ago
@TRWolf Actually "Jacques", according to this video, means "sleeping", and "vous" means "John".
Labradoodle909 9 months ago
@Labradoodle909 in french the words can be in a different order like saying brother john are you sleeping.
666waluigi 9 months ago
@TRWolf John is Jean, Jacques is Jack, you're right.
mrik21 9 months ago
@TRWolf u go this wrong the jaques part is part of are you sleeping not the name
totallytoph 8 months ago
@TRWolf some versions say Jack and some day John. I believe that John is more popular, but it all depends on how you leanred it.
DancingNinja77 7 months ago
@TRWolf jack is a nickname for john anyway
MollysChild 6 months ago
@TRWolf
"Jacques" est en fait "James" en français. Je peux voir pourquoi ils diraient "John", cependant. Il serait rime pas autrement.
Translation: "Jacques" is in fact "James" in French. I can see why they would say "John," though. It wouldn't rhyme otherwise.
mythinform 4 months ago
@TRWolf Its not! Jean is john
pinkmuffinparis07 3 months ago
@TRWolf Yeah, but it won't rhyme in english if you use jack... "Brother john" seems to rhyme best with "ding dang dong"
