  • been running my Phenom II X6 1100T at 4.0 ghz for almost a year now, first with an HD3870, then one HD6850, then two HD6850, and now with an HD7970. I have never had any problems what so ever with this CPU. I run every single game on maximum settings at 1080p with good FPS. Im planning to buy an Ivy Bridge CPU from Intel when they come out.

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHH I see what you did AMD you release Bulldozer knowing it's an epic fail and get those fanboys to freak out and buy it, then you release the actually good nex-gen processors. I understand the business plan release fail then release working. Make money on both lol ;). F.Y.I not an Intel fanboy running an AMD 1090t...

  • Morgan Freeman?

  • i have amd phenom 2 965 3,4ghz processor. and 2xhd5970 i have never had so many problems with amd. Crashing/heat desktop crash and i can go on like this. Sure the made the best video card so far but bugged like hell. I miss the old amd. Please dont respons its because of this that so that or my mom or what ever its not its just bugged. i use the amd athlon 3000+ is more stable than the current processors. But again the phenom is 10times faster.

  • It's all good all and above, but why doesn't the consumer product perform like mentioned in this video.

  • It's in future more performance per watt... 800 - 1.8 GHz and more speed per clock :- ?

  • Bulldozer - the name came from what the architechture will do to Intel's . . . bulldoze it out of the market. :D

  • @nooblady2310 5970 well depends on your pockets

  • I get next Bulldozer :-D

  • High-rise processors in circles...in the middle cooler-nitrogen,low energies-low heat,10-2 nm...volumetric transistors,slots and lugs between elements,interlocking,compactness.

Make Automated biometric radar tracking identification technology with my ID.

In Google: Central bank of Planet Earth.Global ultrastable financial system.Global passport.Identifier of personality ID by Volodya Vashchyshyn.27 ghz,28 ghz.

  • интересно, что это было там завуалированно (замазанный текст)? (think)

  • i wonder when intel will make something actually worth it with this technology

  • AMD is so screwed LOL right they released the Opteron 6200 today 16cores of server goodness on a single chip Today.

Now run it on a sever board with dual sockets and yeah they sure are screwed (uh huh)

  • @gar40 I was talking about the mainstream processors (FX Series) not the Opteron..

  • @appleloveTK

then why comment on an opteron video huh??.. now sure you're srewed.. lol

  • @mik995px Well I just wanted to leave comment on latest video.. Anyway I'm not an AMD hater.. I prefer ATI & AMD over Intel & Nvidia.. but the fact is Bulldozer isn't good.. Better off getting AMD Phenom II X6 1100T.. Which is a much better processor..

  • @appleloveTK this video here is about server and computing. dont sh1t around with your gameing rig over here- for server based computing and virtualization the bulldozer is the non plus ultra. due to its many core architecture combining 2 threats per module it is the best thing you can get for servers. so just go quiet and comment other videos concerning games and stuff. let the enterprise market for enterprise customers. and try to read into server computing

  • AMD is screwed, I say that because the new 2011 platform of Intel Processors have been released, and they perform spectacularly.. I think its clear that AMD will have to reduce pricing with processors to remain relevant.. Now I know people who rely on multi-threaded applications will benefit from the FX Series, but really most people won't be able to take advantage of all 8 cores.. Overall bulldozer performance is still fairly poor..

Maybe next time AMD will lead, but who knows...

  • @appleloveTK AMD was a bit far a head of it's time now. In true multithreaded app the FX Bulldozer can out perform the i7990x but you are true that no1 can fully use the cores. But for the few that do need more cores than clock speed they must be having the happiest day of their lifes

  • How does it compare to the highest end Xeon? And when is the next revision of bulldozer due to be released?

  • @misterpc23 AMD is talking about Bulldozer Gen-2 expected to be released somewhere in the 2012, maybe first half. Unlike the Sandy Bridge-E Xeon from Intel which is expected to be released on Nov. 14, the Bulldozer takes it further with 16 cores and better data overall performance!
