In 6 MotoGP seasons Rossi has beaten stoner in points in 4 of them. Lemme guess, last year when Lorenzo won he was the goat? Lol. Word gets thrown around way too much. VR has 9 world titles, 105 wins, 160+ pods. Stoner has 30-40wins and 2 titles. He has a ways to go. By rossi's 6th season in MotoGP he had 5 titles.

@IgarashiKitsune he will be riding a 2012 version of his Desmosedici. they have made many changes to the bike according to what rossi and hayden explained they needed, and what the 2011 version which was changed half way through last year, needed. He will be riding/testing this bike in Sepang on January 31....

Rossi & Burgess (Rossis chief mechanic) talked trash about Stoner not winning enough on the Ducati and Stoner said the bike wasn't good enough to win consistently. Then Rossi gets on the Ducati and wins nothing and find out that it is a piece of junk. I predict Rossi will win 2 races at best in 2012 but expect it to only be one or zero with a few token podiums as well. He should have stayed with Honda.
