And as for Jerry marrying his cousin...she was a 2nd cousin and marrying young women was as common as marriage itself in the south in those days. and Ray is a full time musician, and a great pianist, Elvis was just a pretty face with a deep voice.

he was not half as good a musician as Ray

but a pretty good musicians none the less

no matter his personal character defects

and in my own personal opinion he was better then Elvis
