@frjose2007 In spite of the saxophonist, I would have still voted for Greece. But several others, apart from Spain were much better than Sweden: France, Israel, Yugoslavia and Italy. Maybe Finland, Germany, Switzerland and Portugal were also better than Sweden.

Still i dont think she is the best singer ever won the ESC, anyone remember a girl representing Switzerland named Celine Dion? She wasnt half bad either.

1991 was truly one of the greatest years in ESC history, despite Toto Cutugno's atrocious and disruptive presenting. It would've been quite pleasant if it had been Gigliola Cinquetti by herself. Sweden was a worthy winner, so would have been France, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Israel, or Switzerland.
