@AmandaKayHowell Seems fine to me. In fact, this almost seems like 40's burlesque, making it a little old for this, if anything. I always wondered why the burlesque/cabaret shows in productions of Guys and Dolls were so innocent. She's a couple of steps above a stripper and men go to see her half-naked. They should be this racy, in my opinion.

@howrseroxs15 Like I said, it doesn't seem right for the era! The dresses look 40's & what's under them looks like stuff teens were wearing in the 1990's, lol! But it may be correct for the period... it just makes me think the 90's. I agree, it's suppose to be a little racy but I'm thinking you have to conceder your audience… The rest of the show is mainly G or PG so taming this down makes it fairly appropriate for children making it more of a family show & better for conservative audiences.

I worked on this run at the Piccadilly Theatre as a follow spot. That is Ewan McGregor as Sky and Jane Krawkowski was Adelaide...She was Brilliant and was was Ewan. Doug played Nathan...This was a brilliant bunch of people to work with...Summer Strallon was in this too and last time we spoke, she was in Sound of Music. I miss this show.

Well for you as Sky I think you should be very smooth and seductive (right word?). In my version we called our Sky the 'dreamboat' of the cast. And for your friend, Nathan should be very comical and big with his actions. He shouldn't be afraid to act sillier than he usually does, because that is who Nathan is. Also, he may want to work on his accent (if that is what the director is going for).
