  • Makes me sad. You should take these videos down please iva90. The dog is gone now, there is no use to making people want to save this dog then telling them its too late. You're breaking hearts - this is why shelters dont tell you whats become of your dog.

This is against policy what you're doing. How would you even know that the animal is euthanized when shelters dont release that information?

  • this dog seems to be aggressive...but aggressiveness can always be corrected...I hope euthanasia is not always an option for this wonderful creature..My dog is currently in the same situation coz he bit my mom twice, I fought for it...and I took care of him so they won't kill him...so far the progress is good...these dogs needs rehabilitation and patience..

  • what can i do to help?

  • @mr5890859355 Poor thing is long gone now :( Thanks for your kindness

  • @iva90 im soo sorry

  • @mr5890859355 Poor thing is long gone now :( Thanks for your kindness

  • Hi. Thanks for your reply. This dog is gone :( If he is looking for a real working dog , have him contact us.visit our website.

  • I'm in tears...

It breaks my heart to see an Ovcharka sad or suffering...

they are the most sensitive breed on this planet...

    almost human thinking....

You have to own one to believe it..

this video really gets to me (((

  • What a shame. This dog was not bred to be muzzled and leashed. I hate seeing dogs put down but how many people could really handle this dog? Know what you are buying, people.

  • ummmm animal cruelty???

  • Its just said everyone wants to BREED but few want to take back their own dogs. Almaz kennel was promoted as the "best" by net trolls and when his dogs were in rescue this year NO one in VA was around to rescue them.

All who breed must rescue thos left behind.

    Great video makers u r.

  • poor sheepdog. hope someone brings him to the snow covered mountains chase wild dogs off the property. what the hell is a CO doing in california anyways?

  • Farm is an excellent place for these guys. We plan breeding on Central Asian Ovcharka. Please contact us if you are interested.

  • Shoot! I'm planning on having a farm w/ livestock in a high preditor area. I'm seriously considering getting a couple. By the way 0powerhouse, it isn't their aggression that sets them apart from other breeds. It is their defensive drive that is so much higher. Still it would take a special someone or natural environment (guarding livestock on hundreds of acres not a house in the suberbs).

  • I agree with you.

  • Why? These dogs are freakn great dogs. One of the best guard dogs I've come across.

  • It does look like a CO, how sad for him. is this shelter generally a kill shelter?

  • I agree with you, thanks for your comment

  • people will NEVERchange humans are such a flawed spiecies we cause so much damage , were ever theres people death and so much pain follows in our wake dogs are sooo much better then 99.8 perc, of any people youll meet in life animal abuse in almost any form should be made a felony instead of simple misde.

  • I dont think its a good idea to adopt such a aggressive dog. These dogs are so aggressive that its best to have them from puppy hood to form a lasting bond with them.

  • Well.. you suk

  • hey llemonwire, i knw there's a monkey eating eagle in the philippines but i never heard of a dog eating monkey before... and specially while drinking brandy. lol

  • SOME! Do that. They can kill a dog doesn't matter what kind breed. There's a Santurary place for dogs any breed that they keep them at the shelter waiting to be adopted. HEY! Take that dog to the Dog Psychologist Cesar Millan at DownTown Los Angeles he has dogs there that nobody wants them, he makes sure they all get adopted. He comes out on National Geographic Channel. You can find him on the enternet. Cesar Millan.

  • Unfortunatelly to late for this dog :(

    Thank you for the information.

  • I'm sorry to hear that =(

  • I know :(

  • What is the breed? It's obviously not a Caucasian Ovtcharka unless it was shaved. Even then, doesn't look like a CO. How do youe determine the breed? It seems as most shelters just guess? It also seems that most shelters have no-one who can actually identify breeds. Mix or not, there are certain traits that stand out.

  • fucking creep

  • why would they euthanize him in the first place?? thats like saying "you have 2 days to get a home or we kill you". if its not right to do that to humans then what makes it right to do it to dogs?

  • You are right......There are to many dogs like that and I try to educate people to be responcible owners

  • Such a beautiful dog too. Unfortunately I live in a small apartment, no room for a dog that size. But had I had the room, I'd have been down there picking him up in a flash!

A shame he was euthanized, and only given 2 days to be adopted.

  • Oh, that's so sad! :( I would like to adopt him, but I'm 12, and I've never had a dog. Also we have cats, and need a small one, and I'm on the other side of the country. I wish you good luck in finding him a home, I'm sorry I can't help, but I really hope everything ends up well.

  • thank you ,you are so sweet...unfortunatelly this dog didn't make it :(

  • Aww, I wish I could have done something! He looks so sad in the picture! :( Was there any reason besides not finding a home in time that they would euthanize him? Like behavioural issues? He looks like a sweet dog.

  • Many dog's don't get enough time and some dogs do show some agression when they are scared. This dog had 2 days to get adopted

  • I figured he would have some aggression, that's just sad they had to euthanize him.

  • thank you for carring you are very sweet girl

  • Please tell me that this lovely breed is not going to end up in shelters all over the US like the Pitbull breed. If you are an idiot or an irresponsible person, please do not go out and buy a co, cao or kangal. Thank you

  • I agree!!!!!!!!!

  • I would adopt if I could too. I live in a 900 square foot condo. At one time I had 13 various miracles of mother nature. From snakes, lizards, box turtles, birds, cats and dogs - the unwanted worn out novelties of the day. I am no scholar but I swear by this and believe they in many respects hold the key tour existence and if we do not stop listen and learn - we are going to bring upon ourselves our own doom. Lest we forget the Miracles of Mothers Nature - the most unsung of heroes.

  • I would adopt him if I could too - live in an 900 square foot condo - had a husband, kid and 13 unwanted but wanted by us Miracles of Mother Nature all at one time (no pet bylaw) I am no scientist, scholar or otherwise - I have housed, insects, reptiles, birds, dogs, cats and the homeless and gotta tell you I believe they hold the key to our existence. I thank the Creator for people like you..........bless you

  • I am just the messenger for those who can't speak...Thank you for your kind words.

I really hope this video will help this dog and many others that are in the shelters.

  • This is a great video

But so is mine called Jasmine

Watch it, rate it, comment. Thankz

  • shame on those who afflict this breed ,where is the responsibility?nowadays everybody wants to own a co,but nobody seems to bone up a little bit on the behavior and on the criteria that a handler must fulfill, what happens next ..,kill the dog!i really dont understand those who manage the shelter,i think the best argument is the lack of knowledge,just like those us soldiers who blown up a rare lamborghini lm in iraq;

  • :( Please someone adopt him! I would if i could!

  • You are an angel of mercy............

  • I am just trying to help

  • Poor dog! I really hope he finds a great owner!

  • I hope so to

  • good job irachka. i hope he finds a home.

  • I hope so 2.Thank you

  • my heart goes out to this poor dog l really hope somone can help and save his life peace

  • Thank you

  • N000 i wish i could help him :(.. but im way too far away ..

  • :( I HOPE SOMEONE WILL

  • Poor dog. That's so sad :( Theres no way I could adopt him because I live thousands of kilometers away from California. I really hope he finds a loving home.

  • I agree :(

  • i hope he finds a home
