  • man it is so tiring to see steroids jibberish on EVERY bodybuilding video. Yes everyone gets it pro bodybuilders juice. Why aren't their steroid comments on baseball/football/powerlliftin­g videos as well? its no secret that they many of them juice as well.   • Na. On those three exercises I would still recommend to keep it lite. On or off season. U can do heavy weight on skull crushes. I just had better results where I can barley get the 15th rep

  • i lift fast up then bring it down slowly ur muscle grows 45 percent more on the way down but it depends what works for u i could train like these guys and not c any change in muscle growth

  • nice one also try doing 1-5 reps at maximum weight then 8-12 reps of a moderate weight maintaining good technique. by doing this your confusing your muscles shocking them into rapid growth its proven muscles grow 10 percent stronger when working out like this.

  • yep iv done it and its a workout taken from a power lifting champion i read it in Mens Health. i wanted a workout that would support my strengh aswel as my mass building because eventually a muscle does'nt get bigger without getting stronger and muscles will only grow when theirs a reason for them 2 grow for example if their confused or being pushed more than normal they have a reason 2 build bigger and stronger 2 adapt 2 that stress

  • first you must make the blood flow into your muscle before trying this, otherwise you wount be able to lift the maximum weight without warming the muscle up.

  • u do a warm up 2 avoid injury the best way 2 do this is 2 do a pyremid the weight going from a light weight 2 heavy then back 2 light again so your working ur warming up at the start then your at your core in the middle then towards the end your pushing the last of what u have in ur muscles

  • I have a question that I hope gets answered sooner than later. I noticed the body builder must have done over like 20 reps. If you want your triceps to grow I always thought you went heavier with less reps. Am I wrong in thinking this or is a high rep volume necessary to build huge triceps? Thanks

  • maby a compound movement like dips,narrow bench press,u can go heavy on,but think others like skull crushers,pulldowns,kik backs,maby bout 15 reps get it real pump,not real heavy

  • nah i think the reason is these pro body builders have an off season where they do mass and strengh 2 get bigger ranging from 8-12 reps then in the on season they do toning which is high rep 15-20 reps so they look ripped and defined for their competition

  • @leonsam12 true but the wen lifting fast efficiantly and explosivly with the heavyest weight u can handle for 8-10 reps is best for building muscle...if u want strenth stay explosive in the 6 reps range...wat i found for me is that pryimid sets from 10-8-6 reps works best thats me tho eveyones different...and if u wanna grow ..eat big try and get 1gram of protien per pound of bodyweight

  • When talking about Triceps mass Sergio Oliva's tri's were way ahead and at his best he could go pose for pose with any of todays top pro's.

  • unfortunately, most of those blokes present wrong technique of carring out those exercices :-(

  • Look at their bodies. I think they know way more than we learn from the instructor at the gym.

  • they look different than the instructor because they're on roids.... yeah some of them do have bad form but thats only because they're at a point where that works for them. I think that when you start off stick to strict form because thats what gave me huge and great gains. Changing form helps to break the monotonic workout plan. Anyways stay natural don't juice like these assholes.

  • my instructor/ assistant wrestling coach is 5'9 and 250 lbs and at his prime he squatted 900 for 3 reps with a close stance. The technique is all wrong here i think my instructor is quailfied to say so.

  • a westling coach and a body builder are two completly different profestions, a wrestler knows how to wrestle and a body builder well...... he must be doin something right to get in the shape he is!!!!
