well shirou is purely much dead he has a heart and body but his mind is wipe out so he dead. If you saw the other videos shirou knows that even if he hurts her she will be able to heal in 10 mins. So saber won and she will recover and go help sakura and kill rin

Shirou can't kill her. He completely obliterated his mind to take advantage of the small opening he created. His body's alive, but there is no mind to control it anymore. He's a vegetable.

A win that doesn't give you anything isn't a win. Mortally wounding someone like Saber is worthless if you do not get the last shot in. This fight was about the joy of being able to at least exchange blows with Saber. It was Archer and Shirou that were fighting her, and I'm sure in his heart of hearts, Archer wanted a pure contest of swordsmanship against Saber, like Shirou. He bought Rin time at least, so he should be proud of that.

For Saber this blow would have been enough. For Alter Saber backed up by Dark Sakura it was not..

I doubt it. Dark saber(or saber Alter) if possible even more obidient and perhaps has less off the morals. But sorrily to Gil, he died before ever seeing the tainted Saber.

@DevilKingBaal I think he just wanted to taint her, he didn't care what she did after she was tainted even if she killed him with her new dark powers it would've still been satisfying for him. He did it out of boredom more than anything
