I know what you mean, but this is no filter, each frame was rendered individually. I used Illustrator for this and each individual frame of my footage was modified, in my books that is rotoscoping. It might not be the best rotoscope animation example, but its what I made, look at the first rotoscope animation I made on my vlog on my youtube profile. One click on the mouse? You're crazy.
