easiest way to get it, is to take out playboy, so you get his appartment, and then get 6 stars on you and stay inside... you can stay in there for ever and not get caught
The way i did this is is alot moreeasy than that but what i did was went to that brigde (which shouldn't be unlocked) got the 6star wanted level and then fell down to the train tracks and simply ran along them without shooting or seeing any cops (but i did see the chopper at one stage) and wen i got to then other island on the tracks i turned around at the tunnel and ran back and i did that until i got the trophy
i got it by accident i got a heli tour chopper and flew where i wasnt supposed to go and got 6 stars so i was flying around then i tryed to do the mission with french tom so i flew to the diner and ditched my copter a few feet from the ground and the thing popped up saying i got the achievement

get a 6 man wanted then go to ur house and stay there
or get a car go to algonquin where u chase johnnys boys drive their and drive trew the tunnel
i did the house one where they cant get u playboy x house or the apartment roman gives u near the turismo place wait there for 5 minutes
or get a car and drive under a tunnel and wait there or go to clucking bell and hide in the bath room they wont know ur there

you've got to watch out for heli's because that was a problem by me and some guys on the highway and ofcourse the trains ;) got it to :D
