I put on 30 pounds within 2 months and i used to be skinny as hell. grab some food get enough GOOD calories from chicken, rice, noodles fish etc and youll get greater results. you look short, too so it should be easy.

accullly a body can put on 1lb of FAT on in a day a body can only put on 10 pounds of muscle in a year for a 14-22 year old with FLAWLESSS diet and 5 lbs for 23+ again with flawless diet. Although this is without the use of supplements so id say a 16-22 year old would be able to throw on about 14-15 lbs of muscle with supps witch is quite a fucking bit if you ask me :P

Although ive beeen body building for about 12 years now and ive done everything from eating FLAWLESSLY for months to doing cycles of dianabol and winni -v (two types of steroids) anyways i noticed that when i was natural id average out about 10-20 lbs SOLID muscle per year although on steroids i hit around 45-50 **on steroids with some water rentition** soo maybe others are different. not sure:)
i've never ventured into the use of steroids, nor will I ever will. so I don't know much about that particular supplement. i just know that, naturally, it's only 4lbs a month. at least from my own experience. it all depends on your testosterone hormone, this of course you know, and some people have higher testosterone levels than others so they are able to put on more muscles. which is why you're probably able to put on double muscle mass a year than I would.
if you dont mind me asking. how old are you? Me asking because a 16 yr old will probably have the same amount of test as a 40 yr old on roids because when i talk im talking for guys ages 22-40. Aswell bout steroids ive done 5 cycles in in my life and have been off them now for 4 yrs i have no recorded side affects besides a minimal drop in test i belive roids can be safe if its not abused as for anything in access. but thats just personal opinion. Im not promoting the use of steroids in anyway
