Being the "world strongest man" is a disadvantage in the MMA game. Knowing simple MMA and basic science any person can figure that out. His cardio is horrible because the increase muscle mass he has a higher oxygen consumption which uses more energy. Secondly, there is no doubt he did steroids whether it is past or present, steroids actually damage your ligaments so his flexibility is shot. Lastly because of his oversized muslces his range of motion and speed is decreased thus his power.

@wpan100 I really think that has something to do with "too much muscle". You can't be TOO big to be a great fighter. If f.e. Anderson Silva would have such muscles he wouldn't be able to do all his tricks. Muscles and strength are very important, but only if you have an athletic and muscular body let's say not bigger then Rampage, Matt Hughes, Randy Couture and so on. But those guys aren't bodybuilders. As soon as the muscles are too much, it's just like carrying a bag of weights around.

Pudzian jest tak beznadziejnym technikiem, że jak widziałem tą walkę to nie wiedziałem czy płakać, czy się śmiać. Z Pudzianowskiego na światową skalę zawodnika nie zrobią już. Zobacze sobie walkę ludzi, którzy tym zajmują się od dzieciaka jak Velasquez czy Dos Santos. Pudzianowski nie miałby z nimi szans, ale szacunek dla niego za to, że cały czas coś próbuję.
