Why don't you give her a chance, you haven't even seen her on the air yet. She has an impressive resume, maybe not quite that of Randy Jackson's, but she has delivered many hits for big artists, Aguilera, Pink, Iglesias, Pussy cat dolls. She knows her stuff.
