I don't really understand the benefit of starting with a pop-up trailer. It looks like you were welding in the video, why not just make your own frame? It seems like you did everything else from scratch. I want to do something like this with an airstream....just get it down to bare shell and start over.
GREAT VIDEO - if more people made videos like this one youtube would be lot easier in the how-to arena.
