When this guy is going up & down & throughout the neighborhoods in the middle of the afternoon, I admit, he's a joke and it's funny!
But, when I hear him comin' at 8am & 1:30am.... and I'm trying to get some sleep, I'm tempted to take out my sniper rifle and splatter this guys head on the face of the row homes across the street from me!!
