I am a hockey goalie but I tried out goalkeeping in floorball too. And from my experiences I can tell you that both sports requires a lot of stamina but in different ways.

Hello, I am a floorball goalie, could you please tell me, what are the pluses that have Floorball goalie gloves? And what minuses if I don't or pluses, because now I am without gloves, and I dont see the difference.

Gloves are only for your protection, nothing more... But with them you won't have so much sense for the ball (catching, throwing, etc.)...That's the reason why the most of good goalkeepers don't use them (including me :D)

I'm a goalie in n Tapanilan Erä a Finnish floorball club. I use gloves cause I think that I can catch the ball better with the gloves, but I can too throw better without gloves. Fat Pipe Rocks!!

I never use gloves, you got better grip without gloves, therefore you can throw the ball better and more precise.

I wear gloves only during warm-up so that I get my hands warm enough. There's nothing "pussy" wearing 'em but I find it easier to throw without.

In games I wear only t-shirt + thing goalie-shirt on it. In practices I have chest protector and a college-shirt.

buy fatpipes gloves, best ones, and using gloves is a personal preferens, and this goalie is okey, ive seen worse... alot worse, but most goalies i se dont have any "technique" when they move, its mostly they throw them self and hope that they will get the ball on them, i have a diffrent style, not like this or any other goalies thats works really well, where its more technique based and not thrwoing yourself all the time, sorry for any spelling errors.
