I know SAS often uses double tap to the head instead going 2 to the body and then to the head. This is the most efficient shot, to hit the head, however it's a great possibility of a miss shot. Where as if you hit the chest (center body mass fist) you shock the attaker and it gives you a split second to hit the head. Can anyone elaborate on this head first double tap SAS uses. I would kindly ask only people who know what they're talking about to explain. Thanx

Normal SEAL teams are , well I don't know what to compare them to because they are better than RMC.

@shunter141 Are you stupid? The SAS are trained in both water and air insertions. SBS specialise in water insertions but so do SAS. Infact in WW2 the SAS got onto the beachs of Normandy using boats, not planes? The Navy SEALs are also trained by former and current SAS service men. There for they adabt to their tactics aswell. I think you'll find if you look hard enough, every special forces group in the world share something in common. Dont talk about shit which you have no clue about.

If you know full well there could be hostages in the next room it doesnt take a rocket scientist to know that you shouldn't throw a grenade into it. Unfortunately the SEALs at the time didn't understand this concept, hence why most sane people would pick the SAS over the SEALS any day

Anyone claiming to know SAS here is full of it, pure and simple. The only ones outside of 'The Regiment' that know who they are, are they're wives. Friends are not told, and neither are most of the family. The secrecy of the SAS came about during Northern Ireland as it was feared that the IRA could potentially hold an SAS trooper's family to ransom or kill them. Providing serious 'blowback'.
