IE: first generation migrants/asylum seekers like Eastern Europeans and other 3rd world groups, Offer their services for labour at around Half The Pay Rate! so it's common for Employers to get 2 migrant workers for the price of one home grown Brit. They can do this because not only do they share accommodation like 6 people in one room, but they come from Nothing, so they live with Nothing while they save their pittance pay.

@Zero7evenX Minimin wage dictates that it's a common misconception that migrant workers are paid less, yes it happens in some cases but its very rare due to the huge fine in place if laugh.

As a business owner, I found that I'd rather employ a 25 year old Polish man than an English Man, as in my experiences the Polish worker is looking to send money back home, therefore isn't willing to steal or take other risks. They turn up on time, and don't demand an early finish or extra lunch time too.
