All presidents are puppets.They have been for a long time, and they always will be. Until we change the way in which money is thrown around, and doors revolve for those in public office it will always be this way.

In my opinion, people get the politicians they deserve. Those surprised to see Obama not being progressive enough, should have looked at his political past rather than to listen to his campaign promeses before voting. I don't think that he is weak or misslead, he just does what he thinks is right within the given circumstences, forgetting what he told his electors, like most politicians do.
