This has to be my favourite scene from the whole of Torchwood. Biggest look into each of the characters lives we ever got really.

It was Tosh though that really pulled at the heartstrings. We had so little view into her background that this one glimpse is just so touching and makes you really feel for her as a person.

I think it's a cheap shot by the writers. They keep putting Gwen in a Tug O' War between two great guys, which really in my opinion, gives her negative responses from the audience.

She says that quote to Jack, which makes me roll my eyes. Sometimes I wonder if she ever deserved to marry Rhys. The poor guy is underappreciated.

They should stick (and probably will) the right couples together in season 3:

Well - erm; what about Rhys? Rhys met Adam when Gwen called the team round and was introduced to him properly and everything. Surely, as long as Rhys remembers Adam, he will continue to exist?

This scene was brilliant because we as the audience get to see a vunerable and humanistic side of the Torchwood team. Its scenes like these that make you really appreciate the characters for who they are and what they've become. Everyone thought of Owen as an arrogant prude but you get to see a side of him and the truth of why he is guarded. Toshiko forever the professional is only wanting to belong and be loved. Gwen reavealing her true love for Jack. Very moving if seen from this perspective.

Some people say this scene is cheesy,but i thought it was sad,showing something in each of them that they were probally glad to reveal but would never remember.And though Adam swoops in and acts like he is answering their prayers,what makes them who they are are the sad things and sorrows. You can actually feel the emotion around the room.

isn't it worth considering - owen dies in the end of reset. we all know he'll come back because he's in the picture of the wedding. and in this scene he says "...never enough. who will save me?" and jacks says he will. maybe it's like the writers way of telling us jack is the one who will save owen from death.
